Definitely my first. Pretty badass! I almost want to compete. Lol. You wonder what some of them were thinking when they built those contraptions.

When half the competitors don't even make it off the drop ramp, You know it's going to be an awesome event.

Half the competitors should not be allowed into the event. Some people are just lazy. Just ride a bicycle off into the water that's cool..

I've never been rafting in my life but I can't imagine what would make people think dropping off the ramp in a tiny little cylinder would be a good idea

I’ve never heard of this event before! We have the soap box here in the U.K. but this is next level!! How much fun is this!! Loved the Vikings!! And the flamingo!! Amazing event. 🍻

Need something like this at the rapids in Lea Valley Waters, London, UK (ex-2012 Olympics area). This is such fun to watch. Something I would definitely attend.

Excellent use of venues built for Olympic events, very entertaining rafts and techniques.

Unfortunately.. I don’t think the Grand Canyon /Colorado river are flowing that much these days. 10 years ago, there were some MASSIVE rapids on that river. They actually had to develop certain rafts to navigate that river, but also be able to carry enough supplies… cuz in a lot of sections.. you can’t get out of the canyon, and if you could ( like on certain trails, etc) then it would take Alll day. Lake Mead and many other reservoirs in the west are really hurting
