Red Berry Rd Dwelling Fire 9/28/22 Levittown, PA.

On scene video of a house fire in the Red Rose Gate section of Levittown.
Fire companies were dispatched to 69 Red Berry Road shortly after 10am Wednesday morning for the report of flames showing from the dwelling. A Middletown Police officer arrived on the scene and contained the fire with an extinguisher. William Penn Engine 77-1 arrived as first in engine company and dropped a supply line to a nearby hydrant and pulled one of their bumper lines to the side of the dwelling to wet down the area.
Crews from Levittown #2, Penndel and Fairless Hills assisted on the scene checking for any extension. The fire appeared to be contained mostly to the exterior of the structure including some mulch and an air conditioning unit. Middletown Fire Marshals were remained on the scene as fire crews made themselves available.
The resident of this dwelling was grateful for a passing jogger who alerted him of the fire while he was inside watching television unaware of the danger threatening his home.
