Ingredients: 材料:
200g red beans 红豆200克
2 litres water 水2公升
60g rock sugar 冰糖60克
a pinch of salt 一小撮盐
40g sago (Tapioca Pearl) 西米40克
cold water 冷水
coconut milk 椰奶

    这样红豆在煮的时候比较容易松软。 冰糖一定要在红豆松软后才放入。
