bro if we delete over massages or we did't back up it can we back our deleted massages in the phone or if we back up it and we open our wattasapp into another phone can we back deleted massages....please answer

If you didn't back up your WhatsApp messages, recovering deleted messages is difficult and unreliable. With a backup, you can restore messages by uninstalling and reinstalling WhatsApp and choosing to restore from a local or cloud backup. On a new phone, you can restore messages from a Google Drive (Android) or iCloud (iOS) backup if it's associated with the same phone number and account. Without a backup, recovery options are limited and often ineffective.

Install WhatsApp with your new number and verify it via SMS or call. During setup, WhatsApp will detect and prompt you to restore your chat history from your cloud backup (Google Drive for Android, iCloud for iOS).
