Years ago my dad did something similar to this. It took weeks for my back and neck to feel better. Needless to say, I refused to ever go out with him again.

Incredible. People going to learn the hard way. They have no business taking baby’s out on the water in those conditions.

0:35 and dad wonders why mom and kids don't want to go for a boat ride again. Most pilots, drivers or Captains don't realize that its fun for the driver but not a whole lot of fun for the passengers to get bounced and be holding on for dear life.

I lived on boats for much of my life and every time I think I miss it ,I watch 'wavy boats' and don't miss it at all.

As far as the paddleboard guys... All I can think of is the tune to Gilligans Island lol.... "Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale, a tale of a fateful trip.."

I gotta admit, that had me wondering a lot myself! Good swimmers or not, they're nuts! My friend that used to live in Florida would tell me that's just the lifestyle down there!

The influencer at sea was awesome , made me laugh, best I’ve seen in a while. No matter what those two dudes are having a great time.

It was funny seeing them but way too risky, Their lives are clearly at risk, no life jacket, they can be rolled by a fast boat, not the place for doing that, rather stupid, indeed.

I almost sank a boat in boynton once because, while i've been boating my whole life, that was my first time boating in florida and the rental guy did not at all explain the channel tide/wave situation. "It's a narrow channel, it's only 80 feet" doesn't mean anything if you're not a local. 80 feet is very wide in normal boating situations.

My favorite power boat is the 1650 Lowe Fishing boat (1995) with a single Evinrude 65hp (2007) outboard..... Because that is the one I'm lucky enough to have :) Great videos! That place looks so awesome and fun. All those boats are totally breath taking in my opinion!!

Do you ever get displacement hull type explorer yachts through there in rough conditions? I would be interested to see how they cope with that given their low power to weight ratio.

I'm always surprised how few people wear live jackets on this channel. I'm not sure if it is law in my part of the world but it is certainly promoted and expected. I would feel as vulnerable without one as riding a motorbike with no helmet.

My favorite powerboat is the one that appeared out of nowhere right after you asked the question! :). The big gorgeous yacht. If I get a boat, I want staff!! LOL. I can tell you what I do NOT like at all. I don’t like Cigarette boats. Not necessarily the boats themselves, but they always seem to be operated by young men (or midlife crisis men) who feel that they MUST show off their boat and their skills (or lack thereof). The only purpose that I know of for buying such an expensive boat is to go fast. I’m 56 years old and I’ve raced stock cars, I’ve driven in high-speed police pursuits dozens and dozens of times (as the chaser, not the chasee LOL), so all of that stuff just doesn’t interest me. I like being on the water, in the shade (I’ve had 7 skin cancer operations and all of these people will as well if they don’t keep the sunscreen on). HOLY CRAP the Leopard Yachts just went by as I’m typing this. Okay, that’s my new favorite. That’s a private cruise ship, that’s not a yacht! That was drop-dead gorgeous!!!). Anyway, what was I saying before that awesome boat caught my attention? Oh, just that I want a comfy yacht, genset, full kitchen, all of the luxuries, etc….I have absolutely no desire or want to do this Haulover Inlet thing (except watch!). Plus, I have metal rods and screws in my spine and neck, soon to have more surgeries. These waves would not work for me. They’d probably kill me--literally. Those two at the end---WTF?? Was that the Skipper and his little buddy Gilligan???? OMG what were they thinking?

Influencers at Sea: More like the Beverly Hillbillies at Sea. That boat looks like the aquatic version of Jed Clampet’s home-made jalopy.
