    I hv made this vadai all my life in the same way as u hv shown... these things were earlier seen n learnt from our elders! Today we hv multiple sources of recipes and many improvisations like addition of enough. .soda... etc... u hv shown the very authentic variety...thks mami

    Actually I'm very thankful to you Maami. I don't know any special recipies. Especially vadai..whenever I prepare it my husband used to say not to prepare as it never taste good. This Diwali is very special for me since I prepared the vadai as you said and it came out very well. My husband praised me. Tnk u very much..
