Any reason why you use cp pistons? Any other pistons that you recommend?
I could in all honesty watch this man build car engines / evos all day! Love the content Devin, keep up the good work and take care of yourself! Lots of respect and love my dude!
I enjoyed the frickin heck out of watching you build that masterpiece, instead of watching movies or TV, I watch engine builds for entertainment, beautiful job Devin
From a guy that understands building a engine I'm fine with you not explaining but I feel that people who aren't 100% knowledgeable in building it will sorta be confusing but the edit is so good that I think they will stay engaged in the vid bud

Doesn't matter what type of video you do, we are always down for the ride man!
Hey Devin there is something about watching you build an evo engine that is incredibly relaxing 👍
Man… Watching you put that engine together made me wanna have a 4B built by you. You can definitely tell that you’ve perfected your craft over the past few years. …It’s not even about the fact that you know where everything goes. You build Evo’s so that parts don’t fail in the future, and that you’ll never have to worry about them. You can just tell by watching if you know what you’re looking for. Good shit
Watching you work on cars and build engines is absolutely amazing...the amount of attention to detail that you put into everything you do is phenomenal...keep up the good work
That was honestly one of the most relaxing videos I've watched. I'm a fan, it was quiet and calm yet still totally informative in a way.

Same, it was great.
this type of video is honestly so satisfying to just put on in the background while doing something. love it.
Like always a banger Devin! Watching you build engine can be so calming! 👍🏽
Love the videos with the breakdowns. Lots of great information to take in for any motor build. But just watching you build is just as mesmerizing.
Great content Devin! You give so much to the Evo community. We appreciate your hard work.
I love you going through and explaining the build.
I really enjoy engine builds with no talking and a good soundtrack. very relaxing.
Wow man..I was like, ho yeah , he is literaly reassemble the engine in ONE VIDEO without talking, so, YES, i like it because it was FAST, and productive and impressive to watch ! Thumbs up, cant wait for the next video!
Love this type of video! Could watch that all day long. Keep up the awesome work Devin!
I enjoy all types of videos. When you're into the project it shows, good or bad. When you finally finish or succeed in fixing the issue we all feel happy and proud of you. Do what YOU want brother. We'll all be there to support it.
A blend of both styles is nice. I definitely appreciated the chill nature of this video. 👌
I love the videos where you explain because I always learn something. But it is still satisfying to see you just work and watch everything come together
I just love the in depth videos of motor building that you do. I learn better with repetition so if you wanna explain it an talk or just show it I’ll watch and love it either way
500k NICE !! you rocking this stuff !! Keep it up sir !!Love all your videos !
Dude this was literally the first time I saw an engine being assembled and now Imma head to the tutorial playlist and if I enjoy them 92 vids as much, I'm just gonna have a quick change in my main hobby and maybe even career. 🤞 Thanks for the well-edited and amusing content. Sub+Liked
That was probably the most relaxing video I have ever watched. It was really nice just watching the motor come together.
This video was so satisfying to watch. Relaxing :) Keep em coming and take care of yourself man!
Some of the best asmr you can watch imo! Always love your content! 👏🏻
Hi Devin love from Papua New Guinea. Your content is always an inspiration to many of us in the developing countries to build cars. Wish you good health and keep making videos.
@Devin, your patience and skill set is amazing
Always love your content man! This video was pure motor build ASMR! Keep being you! Loving the chill vibe!
I like them both, I learn a lot from the tutorial style, but this was great too. Thanks for the content
bro something about watching you build engines is peaceful. keep it coming. go euro would love to see a golf r :p
That got really mesmerising really fast...great video.
Love the video!! Super relaxing to just chill and watch.
Could watch you build engines all day man love your attention to detail.
I love the none commentary build. It's comforting to watch and ironically i build motors for a living and want to watch someone else do it so I must be crazy
ive always loved a good build video with no talking. so many youtubers talk 90% of the video and then they install lug nuts on their car. devin always has the best build vids.
i recently got into auto mechanics but engines are just an art piece. everything so designed and specific. i hope to rebuild my engine in the future
honestly hope you never change man just hope the garage gets bigger and cars get faster 🤟
I loved it my guy! It went so smooth!
I like both kind of videos tbh. I love the knowledge I get from watching your videos.
Enjoyed that video, happy just watching a master at work.
I love the style of video. Motor build ASMR. One of my favorite build videos to date 🔥

There's what satisfying looks like Could watch this all day I'm sure I wasn't the only one that zoned out. Keep it up Devin 👍
As a 4B11T (2011 Ralliart) owner, I appreciated seeing you do what I will never do!
Thanks for all your the work you do- helps us all out greatly
love it.... could watch you build engines all day!
I liked this video just as much as your other videos. I like you mixing it up a bit.
Love what you do man, I enjoyed that video. More evo content pls!
I could watch these style videos any day!
Loved this video. Already know the engine building procedures so it's refreshing to JUST watch

Love the content. Happy with the old style, do what makes you happy to make the content 👍
So good. Such a satisfying watch
I like the details. I always want to learn.
So ASMR, one of my most favorite videos to date
Nice work my dude
Great Progress ,liked the presentation .....
Was nice watching you assemble the video. I do like the ones where you explain as it helps me learn haha. Good to see you back tho hope you're doing better.
Your content is amazing but what keeps bringing me back is the editing. Fukn editing is always 🔥
loved this style of content
Enjoyed it all brother you pick just happy to watch
I liked that intro witht the camera on a stand! Makes it different 😊 Great work. now Imma enjoy the video, keep it up 🤟
Great video, was nice to have it all quite actually, even though I like your explanation videos also
Always enjoy all your videos 👍👍
This video was so awesome man so fun to watch
I enjoy any video that you make that you make. Keep up the good work
loved this style of video
My Evo 7 is going in for a rebuild/refresh over winter, makes over 500bhp, I hope my engine builder is as meticulous and methodical as you Devin! Love the content, I'm not mechanically gifted, but I can talk a good game now after watching your channel for about 18 months 🤣
I enjoyed this video and love your work Devin....am from Africa,Kenya.
So satisfying to watch.
ABSOLUTELY loved this video. Explanations are super cool but it's legit therapeutic to just have some chill music in the background and watch an engine being built step by step. Personally I've rebuilt 2 Yamaha R1's both during quarantine and having NO mechanical background whatsoever. I only ever pulled the engine apart down enough to do valve adjustments. So for me watching these is like a knowledge check to watch and be like okay there are the cam caps, oh he must be measuring clearance on the Rods. I wonder what that tool is called? I bet he's using that lube on the Cams instead of something more viscous because it's somewhat sticky and will hold until the engine is fired up for the first time. That thing on top must be an oil filter/strainer of sorts?, etc... "I wonder if he is paranoid about a Head stud stripping even tho he's torquing to spec (happened on one of my builds) Things. like that. It's just really fun to follow along and see what I do and don't know. Videos like these are my favorite
Definitely enjoyed man
Devin I like it when you just work you’ve shown us how to build Evo and WRX engines enough so if people haven’t figured it out tell them to go back and look at past videos
Whether you explain or just work without explaining your videos are lit🔥🔥.
I like your videos with the commentary and I like your videos without commentary...you could say I love your videos. Maybe mix and match is the right answer? Keep up the good work.
Id rather have you explain here and there throughout the video but both methods are good. I'm just glad your back to the frequent videos
I’ll be building one some soon. Bought one that had piston valve interference and will be building it to be a bit stronger. I am a full time tech
First vid I’ve seen from you, def dropping a sub. Hopefully I own a EVO X soon
Enjoyed the video bro
It’s nice to learn from you devin but these videos are a solid 10/10
This is a vibe bro
On GO Mode ! Cheers Brooooooo
good to have a mix of both types of video,
I enjoyed the all work no play style but I love when you add in just you being you. You’re a funny fella 😂
Like that video with no talk/ like the video if something is wrong and you explain!! Both kind of videos are good 👍🏼
I enjoy all of your videos. All of them are enjoying.
i enjoyed every video you posted since I subscribed your channel since 2018
Liked it a lot! Doesn’t matter what you put it puts all pretty informative and bad ass. I liked seeing a lot more of the build being put together. But if you ever get frustrated throw in some of those clips. Your reactions can crack me up.
That was very satisfying.👌
You’re the man devin! 🤘🏼
Liked the video. Good and relaxing to watch.
Nice switch up
This way to do vids is great.
Great job Devin! It's nice to see you focused and not having to talk to the camera all the time. On a side note, I'm genuinely curious, at 12:06, you skipped dabbing assembly lube on one of the tappets? Was there a reason why or just a non-issue oops?
Video will be saved, so I can rewatch on high anxiety days to chill out.
Best content on youtube, i think both the explanations and the purely entertainment ones are enjoyable, and fuck the haters man, aint nothing repetitive on here, i been watching every video since bobbi got the red evo and you have the best content... man does everything from the tyres to the roof, in house ✊🏼
So satisfying!
The doctor is in the house. Master at work.
Aint nothing better than watching a professional do his profession 🔥
It's my birthday and Devin uploaded an engine build video. Late night watch
