Join me on the mat and recommit to self-discovery with this 24-minute Rebirth Yoga Flow. Move with your breath as you strengthen and elongate the body.
This session is a gentle tool to help you renew, stimulate healthy energy flow, and invite things to cycle through.

    Today I completed 365 days of yoga. The first time I did yoga was 1 year ago. I’m 57, my daughter and wife practice and I decided to start. Little did I know how addictive yoga is! About three months in, I made the conscious decision to do a full year. There is something unique and remarkable about Adriene’s kind, playful nature and her talent for convincing people to just try things, the idea that you can’t fail because success is in the attempt. I bow to her with an outpouring of gratitude. Thank you for the surprising journey, what with old dogs and new tricks sharing the relationship they do.

    I'm 57 too Chuck. On 15th May I hit 500 consecutive days - while I was holidaying on the Greek Island Rhodes. Yoga (and Adriene) has made a huge difference to my life, and I am so grateful to have found this daily practice. Namaste 🙏

    Poor darling. I feel you. I’m coming to the mat in the same predicament. Absolutely the same. Like Adriene says often, we must fill our cup. I’m so glad she makes these themed videos; I too felt pulled towards this “rebirth” video after my break up. It’s ten days since you posted, I hope you are feeling more serene and at ease.     Wow I could have written this myself and only 3 weeks ago too. We had been back and forth for 3.5 years truing to be together then he ended it on a whim. I also know there must be something better out there and someone who can hear my needs and work with them. I hope you are OK x

    Just celebrated my 30 year anniversary. Not a perfect relationship but one worth continually working on. I feel blessed to have come this far.     I had my last day at my old job yesterday, finished at 3am, and come home completely exhausted after working 22 of the last 34 hours. This was a job that affected me very negatively both physically and metal. I got burned out and depressed, and stopped doing things I love like yoga and reading books. At the same time, I've never drunk so much wine on weekdays before ... Not a place I want to be. So today I woke up to an email from Adriene "Today, In Fact, Could Be A Turning Point". I did yoga for the first time in over half a year, and tears ran when Adriene spoke at the start of this video. I have now got a job that is about something I love, on a career path I want to be on, with morals I can put behind a hundred percent. The future looks bright again. Just wanted to say thank you Adriene for always being there with wise words when we are ready to get back to the yoga mat. 🧘‍♀️ A new beginning - back to me ✨

    I work a factory job since Aug this year. I love it because im physically active, but my body is not happy with the reptition. Ive gotten stronger but out of balance. Like you I stopped doing Adrienes video and its not a good thing. Im job hunting now as well and will go into work this week until something falls. Once I seitch jobs, I have to be responsible for my exercise vs, my job being about that. Good luck and good health to the both of you!

    For a few weeks now, it was hard for me to get on the mat, sometimes I only managed to motivate myself before going to bed, sometimes I skipped it entirely. Today I woke up and this is the first thing I did. I am finally back on track!! This chaotic time comes with so many different struggles for all of us. I am sending love to everyone practicing here with me, if you're struggling too, just remember to be patient. Healing is a not a straight line, it has ups and downs :) I am so proud ☀️

    @@mzgloriad I wish there were a calendar for people who just want to “be super chill”. I guess I can go through at the start of the month and make any adjustments. I know when they get too challenging I hurt myself and fall off the wagon.

    Good thing that you did it! I find that when I do it right away, first thing in the morning, It gets to become a habit. If I decide to do it later on the day I hardly ever do so. I feel like everything around me is changing and uncertain, so I hang on to things like these. Yoga every morning, daily food routine, things like that.

    Perfect timing with this. With the end of this school year, I'm ending my time in my current district and moving to a new school district 7 states away. It's a welcome change but a terrifying one and of course a bittersweet ending to a chapter of my life. Intention for today is to remain open and trust in the universe.

    Dear Adriene, I’ve been doing your practices for a couple of years now, and they have helped me to get through a couple of rough times. Today marks a year since somebody broke my heart, and I couldn’t have come this far without your help and the magic you keep sharing. I’m so grateful, looking back on my previous self, that I kept showing up to your practices. You bring peace to my everyday life. My heart felt heavy today, a chapter has ended a year ago that was precious for me. Did this yoga practice and, I finally can say with confidence, that I am ready to enter a new phase, where I can focus on myself, my goals, my mental and physical wellbeing.     Today marks the end of my holiday time. I thoroughly enjoyed revisiting this although I did have to turn the air on for that last crescent round. I found more space today. Even my head was closer to the ground for the fold. Reset day 29. 360 days in a row.

    I choose to move with my breath, and I choose to let go of what no longer serves me. 🙏🏼 This practice really showed me just how out of sync my breath can be some days.     I loved returning to this practice, so suitable for a senior yogi with arthritis. I didn’t worry about my inflexibility, I just met my edge and breathed deep in each pose. It was true therapy for me as we slowly worked through this sequence. Adriene, you have an amazing way of guiding us safely through. The benefit is enormous, enough to feel the heat and raise the heartbeat .... perfect. See you tomorrow for our last day. 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️🙏💕

    I was inspired by your intention to not get distracted by flexibility levels. I decided I needed to not worry about my strength and it was really hard. I feel very weak and the three like a dog repetition was good in that it helps me to remember to take deep breaths and just rest in a pose I can do. I don’t know how you did this with the pain you have. I do think it helped my pain in my head even though I was bitter most of the time. I’m grateful I did it. 🙏🏻💕

    Laura, I need to keep positive as I’m dealing with some serious family health issues, so my YWA is a way of escaping and absorbing myself in a daily morning practice. I find it challenging but by meeting my edge I know I’m doing all I can to keep strong. Please take care and listen to what your body is telling you, you are precious and rest when you need to 🙏😊☺️🌺🍀🌈💕

    Thought my comment could help someone else. This whole practice and especially the last sequence helped a lot with muscular dystrophy (steinert's disease). My body felt alive and all was working as it should afterwards, it was amazing. Don't be afraid to give it a shot

    Rebirth? After today's practice, I felt it in my faith in my yoga abilities. I had trouble setting an intention but came up with: "do better." It applied so well to the little things, better breathing, a better lunge, not perfect, but better.

    Motivate day 18 was definitely the right practice for me today. Tonight I have a celebration planned with all my friends for having navigated my way through cancer treatment. Whether it has been successful or not remains to be seen but it has certainly been successful in giving me a renewed sense of life. We are also celebrating both my daughter's and my birthday so couldn't have picked a better practice. Thankyou 🙏💝

    Well, gee. I was about to write that this routine was downright FUN! and that it reminded me somehow of one my still (at 63) favorite pastimes of swinging on a swing (I wait my turn, yes). Then I saw that your design of the session was to allow things to cycle through. Whaddayaknow. Looks like it works.

    Day 29 Reset, lovely soft practice at the beginning which changes to rapid and vigorous one at the end! I was out of breath at the end since I couldn't balance breathing with moves and I lost my focus! Anyways it was great to see change in both pace and movements! I will try to do this one more time to have better concentration on breathing and grounding myself!😍

    Me too! My leg just won’t go forward into that lunge smoothly like it used to! Just get there a bit more slowly, but I like the sequence. Thanks for the encouragement for seniors!😀

    I've sadly fallen out of my habit of a daily yoga practice for the last few months because uni got really stressful. However, today, with about three weeks to go until my summer break, I realised that yoga is exactly what I need right now, when I'm more stressed than ever.     Blessed Beloved Beauties! I knew there was a familarity about this session. I did it for Embody. Today is Energize Day - 10 and it is a sweaty one. I needed this. Now, I'm ready for my 2nd Meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️ of the day. Time for a chakra balancing practice coupled with some mantras. There's a lot of power in the spoken word. Best wishes everyone!     Blessed Beloved Yogis! Embody Journey Day 18 is dedicated to my Mother today. We have an important doctors appointment and the mantra is "God is in control and health is wealth." 🙏🏿 I'm not feeling 100 so the sequence was a challenge, however, I'm feeling better now that it is complete. My rebirth is to relaunch my yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ classes primarily virtually in late spring or early summer. Best wishes everyone! Namaste & Ase! 🦋❤🦋 P.s. Oops, did the wrong practice yesterday.     EMBODY | March 19, 2022 | 💞 This is one of my favourite flows, starting with gentle stretching, preparing for the soil for new growth. Followed by getting the energy flowing - letting go and moving out anything that doesn't serve us so we can start fresh. I really appreciate when Adriene leads us through a repetitive flow because it allows us to get fully present and fine tune without rushing on to the next shape. Apparently my glutes and hamstrings really needed a stretch too, so thankful for that opportunity! 🙏🧘‍♀

    I needed this today Adriene. Your yoga calendar is giving me purpose right now with the way the world is. I feel connected to a community in this time of global isolation 💕 we aren't alone and we are all going through this together. My intention for today is to practice patience and to be grateful for the little things.. to take things day by day and try not to get overwhelmed by thinking too far ahead into the future.     Almost skipped today's practice bc I have a migraine, but I didn't want to ruin my daily yoga goal for 2021. I figured "I'll just skip poses/modify". 5 minutes in my migraine pain was...not gone, but not as important somehow. Maybe it was conscious focus on the breath? Perhaps it was just the zen like state I fell into? No idea, but it felt joyful and calm and full of relief. I ended up not having to modify anything; in fact, I seemed to have more flexibility today than I normally do... bodies are weird, man. Today really proved that these YWA practices are essential to my daily life 😅

    Coming out of a viral fever with cough, I didn't know if I'll be able to resume my practice today. Got my COVID test done too. I had to break my practice into two parts but I'm happy that I could finish it. I trusted my breath and it supported me throughout. Thank you Adriene. Namaste.

    Mar 19, 2022 05:53 Intention : live as if it is my first day, be open to new discoveries I love the flow of this practice, the dance of energy with the breath and how at some point I feel weightless I guess today I discover or achieve the magic of yoga and I am happy to be in that place where I know I am progressing, learning and so I keep moving.     Enjoy our practice today friends! I found I was able to go more fully into the poses today. I like the sequence, and particularly found that later one, in which we raised our legs and moved into crescent lunge, rather enjoyable, moving at a steady pace and feeling the pose more deeply each time. Move day 15. Day 162 in a row.

I was almost tripping up trying to keep pace with you, only because trying to get into a lunge while watching you kinda gets me always and throws me off balance.     I lost my cat suddenly 2 Saturdays ago, the following saturday I had a miscarriage of my first pregnancy that was highly wished for. I had stepped away from yoga a little and I am glad today that I made the decision to do this practice. I'm going to look after myself, cycling through some grief and the expected sadness etc. Then I'm going to begin a new cycle in days to come, looking after myself and believing in myself and looking forward to a hopefully more positive cycle, finding out what it holds for us. Thanks for these videos. They are wonderful.

    The world is coming back 11 months after your post. I’ve had both my vaccines and go back to school in 2 days. Let this be a record for history...or when Space Aliens land & try to determine if there was intelligent life on earth in this century. I would say we are enlightened. Everyone knows the Space Aliens would have done their yoga practice & set their intention before landing. 👽 🧘🏽‍♀️😄

    I really dragged myself to the mat today, for day 140 of 140 consecutive days of yoga. I have a chronic illness that causes a lot of pain and really affects my mobility and the past few months have been incredibly difficult as my condition deteriorates. I've been feeling so low for a while now, and have been really dreading starting a masters degree a few days from now. Something clicked for me mentally during this practise and coming out the other side of these wonderful twenty-four minutes I know that I've got this. Thank you Adriene.

    I have been dealing with my loved son's addiction for 6 years now. In the past it would drag me down to a dark hole of sadness. I have been doing Yoga with Adrienne for almost a year now. It is amazing how the everyday practice of a few minutes of yoga slowly starts building a better you. Every morning a little drop of goodness slowly fills your cup. I noticed that I am not letting the world cave in on top of me, my intentions at the beginning of each yoga session always include love, healing and recovery. My love for my son continues solid. My journey as a mom is not easier, but is fuller of light. The daily deep breathing and the awareness of my body have turned the journey easier to bear and more fun. I bring you with me everywhere in my phone!! Thank you, thank you!!

    I was feeling a panic attack coming and my initial thought was to to search Yoga With Adriene because when I follow these videos i don't feel alone, instead I feel supported and cared for.     JSYK I feel the exact same way; cared for, supported, and not alone. I had a panic attack this morning. I chose not to use medication, and watch Adriene. I teach yoga tonight, in roughly 3.5 hrs. Adriene not only helps me believe in myself, she helps me come to my classes with the most love, and humility possible for me. She helps me to be my best. This is the first time I’ve ever gone on an Internet chat thing

    i have depression and havent worked out for weeks-- i finally got out of bed and went to adriene's channel, and found this video. this is a really good entryway/warmup for me to get back to my routine.
