Фильм және анимация
Meaning I have to experience my depression more slowly, and for much longer. In case that wasn't clear.........

Sofia with her teenage face, body and voice - a veteran-stormtrooper...🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ Snyder, this is a really funny joke! 👍👍👍🤣🤣🤣💥

Only in a society lacking an understanding of basic science could produce in pops cultures a 95lb storm trooper who can best 6 seasoned marines in a bar fight. In fact even people ignorant of physics understand on some level something is off, and the fight scenes appear as out of the uncanny valley. And lets see a show of hands of 30 year old soldiers who have had the time to 'fight on a thousand worlds'. How about those who think 30 farmers could process enough grain by HAND, with SCYTHES, to remotely provide enough grain to make spending the space-fuel to come get it worthwhile. Snyder, like many rich, out of touch city dwellers, thinks food just appears on shelves by magic. Post modernism: if I think its true, it is true.
I was scarred. That's for sure.
You got a good voice and your commentary is a good mixture of insiteful and genuine. I like that you went out of your way to point out that there were good aspects to this film before tearing it apart (deservedly). Also you just exude that you seem like you are a nice person from how you introspect and speak to the viewer. GOod stuff man, keep it up.

Thank you thank you I really appreciate that. It always seems to me that some people get too wrapped up in tearing apart EVERY film and accusing EVERY film of being some message or some grand design. I think Snyder aimed to make a captivating action Star Wars like film. I just wish he stepped back and gave it the time to breathe it needed. The true potential was all the things that were brushed over as backstory. Thanks again!
Dude, YOUR use of color and framing is incredibly well done. And that opening toilet but cracked me up. Great vid

The joke in the title sounds more positive than it's meant to be.

Yeah I agree that’s why the description describes what I meant by it lmao I was like I know this is poorly worded but it captures my feeling so well lol

Dude this isn't marvel they might never achieve the kind of budget to do a character per movie arch that avengers gen 1 had

Lol agreed, it would’ve been possible had he focused on literally just one movie and one character AND after potential success pitching that “hey it’s actually this big story” but it’s hard to imagine him even narrowing down the story without doing more of the same.
Rebel Moon is an unnecessarily long pseudo-remake of Battle Beyond The Stars (1980).

Okay, I’ll have to check out Battle beyond the stars. I feel like I’ve definitely heard of it but never seen it. Thank you.

@@DonnyxCage It was produced by the legendary Roger Corman (RIP). James Cameron worked on the special effects that were re-used in a lot of later Corman productions.

@@wimvanderstraeten6521 okay, I’ll definitely have to check it out.
Rebel Moon lasts about what, 30 mins if the slow-motion was shown in real time?
@DonnyxCage

I wouldn’t be surprised if that were the case. Honestly, I want the numbers of how much each slow motion shot and VFX cost. I know for a fact super slow motion is extremely expensive in regard to equipment to film, and storage for sure.

This movie does not have good visuals..that extreme weird bokeh is nauseating

I can understand that, I think I mention it with the smear the lens bit. I think there are lots of parts where you can see the potential, parts where it’s not too bad but yeah. It’s strange for a director in a position as his to do so many things that are considered beginner mistakes.
