This is one of the finest video stories I have seen in a very long time. You young ladies have captured a moment in time and tradition that is the stuff of Emmy award content. @@rebeccastout4785 Miss Stout. I just saw your reply here. Please accept my apology for the delay. It's wonderful that you and your daughter can continue to enjoy the work you put into the above video. Personally, I'm convinced that you would have been the perfect Miss Molly replacement for Romper Room . On video content, I believe I have a little more knowledge than the average viewer. I don't know if there is a way to privately message, but briefly, I was legal support for a nationally broadcast Emmy award documentary and earlier served as an elected governor to the TV Academy Emmy Awards-NY. I also chaired the TV Academy Membership Committee. Your video is great stuff. The sound effects, the AV synch or not... It's just so rare and enjoyable to watch it. You've got it all in that video. The sincerity jumps at the viewer. I love it and I hope you and your daughter have continued with it. Best to you and your daughter and may God bless.

One night we went out for a walk through these fabulous tree line streets nearby. She started telling me about buck dancing, then gave me a demo, had me try it and a half an hour later we were both buck dancing having a blast! I miss Connie

Always in Bluegrass. All folk music, really. Have you noticed that? It's world wide. Dance that upper class, rich, what have you, is beautiful, and very posing. But the farmers, bricklayers, anyone actually doing the work, are going to stomp. The feet have some words to say. It's that way here in Appalachia, in Ireland, France, Italy, I just watched a video of African folk dance where I thought they were going to lift off the ground with the quick stomping. It was beautiful.
