Okay, she should have never met with Josh, so she wouldn't go through that nervous breakdown. Eventually with the right New York therapist she could have healed and find love anyways. This meeting ruined her life.

No, she wouldn’t have realized that being a lawyer made her miserable and she probably would have ended up just like her mother.

@@friendlypolytheist1201 The emphasis is on finding a good therapist, who would have made her realize the existance of the wrong career choice, real diagnosis of her mental health issues, etc. The lengthiness of her problems had been just elongated by the whole West Covina incident.

Akopian was the right therapist. To get better from mental illness, you need more than a doctor. Rebecca could have found her ending at last in NYC. But no one knows for sure. Even if it wasn’t Josh, she would have followed some other guy who can feel her inner void. The meeting with Josh gave her what she needed after all.

You didn’t understand this show at all 🤦🏽♀️ she would have found someone else to obsess over and/or she would have never realized that she needed help to begin with.

@@fibonaccisequins4637 She went though a nevoid breakdown in West Covina. Lost her job in NYC. It's obvious that the show tries to romanticize mental illnesses, but let's be realistic for a second. With a good therapist is New York she could have a good life and wouldn't lost 4 years of her life

Judging by this scene, it looks like a clone of _Sex and the City_ at first, but then once Rebecca quits her job, it immediately further degenerates into a rip-off of _Glee_ from that point on.

How much did you even wath of this show? really not even the songs are any glee like because in this show they're used to depict a character's feelings, and the story well, it's pretty much different from anything I've watched before (including sex and the city and Glee)
