Are you buying a BMW car with over 160000 km or 100000 miles?
As in the previous episodes, I do a 160 tkm service for my BMW F20 car
Diagnosis & maintenance BMW F20 116 2013 engine N13 (N13B16)
- DIFFERENTIAL TYPE 168LW
00:00 - Intro
00:14 - Change rear axle final drive oils
- Differential TYPE 168LW
- Open rear diff screw plug
- Suck the old oil off with a suction pump
- There should be about 0.75 liters of oil
- 0,75 liters Part: 83222295532 (Hypoid Axle Oil G1) 75W-85
- When the oil starts to drain from the filling hole, there is enough oil
- New screw plug with O-ring (Torque 60 Nm); Part: 33117525064
02:35 - Change the gearbox oils for Manual Transmission GS6-17BG
- Release oil filler plug and oil drain plug
- Allow the oils to drain so that all old oils are removed
- Clean oil drain plug and screw in with torque 45 Nm
- Oil for manual transmission MTF LT-3; 1,4 liters Part: 83222339221 (75W-80)
- Allow the oil to drain until it settles to the bottom of the filler cap
