Hi Jackie! Thank you for this! What if the owner has unrealistic expectations? As in, the FSBO is listed way too high and you know your CMA is going to come in lower? Do you do research on each house before you call them?

Hey Jackie, I love your for sale by owner information. I downloaded your book. It’s very beautiful and informative. The objection I’m frequently getting today is if we don’t sell our home we already have a realtor in mind or my sister or best friend is a realtor and we’re going to use her if we don’t sell… This is one objection that I stumble on and, I don’t see it in your book. I contacted expired listings, but many of them didn't answer their phones or were rude.

Some answer, some don't. When you master the scripts, you can diffuse their frustration and engage them in conversation.

I do have a legal question: you say to listen/review your calls. I reside in a 2 person consent state. I do not know what state you reside in, but I would have to let the person on the other line know (immediately) that they are being recorded. Is that what you're doing or do you reside in a 1 person consent state?
