Why not to hire professional VA to make calls. I have a team if VA well trained that making calls and passing me leads.
That's an option. Most VA's are not highly skilled. They may set some appointments but you'll have to pre-qualify them well so you don't waste time going on unqualified appointments.
@@RealEstateCoachi agree. But i wouldnt use not skilled id course. They are companies that providing highly skilled VA’s that trained to do only cold calling, And i believe its better on focus what each doing what they do the best and leverage the responsibilities in business. I know very successful agents who never done cold calling but having people who do that for them and it works perfectly for them and everyone is happy because dont have to do what they don’t like.
@@KaterinaArte As I said, that's an option and certainly your choice. You will still need to be skilled in order to take well priced salable listings.

I recently inherited a really nice property from my late grandpa. I've been considering ways to generate some extra income from it to support my family, especially with the economy being so tough right now. As a seller’s agent you’re supposed to bring an offer that is close to the asking price and one that is not asking seller’s concession. With the that many phone calls you’re making, you should be able to find that buyer. That’s what distinguishes you from the rest! It seems you’re comparing a few offers that are made in a short period of time, and convincing the seller to accept the highest offer which includes sellers concession as the best. A good offer is one that is close to the asking price and is not asking for any concession. As a distinguished sellers agent you should bring in that offer. Price of homes have dropped and continue dropping because of latest changes, no seller will be happy with sellers concession idea.
