Now I don't even remember what it was about, maybe that snake remains but before we complete the world quest, it's always rains there and this ost plays and you won't be able to hear it again after completing. It plays on the yashiori island.

6:35 is probably the most underrated soundtrack in all of the Inazuma collection. Literally had chills when I heard it. This track feels like the theme for every war between Japan and China or it reminds me of Kujou Sara's superiority there's nowhere in between.

hey, so is absolutely nobody gonna talk about 20:01? Track 13 - You Shall Not Tempt It it's such a harrowing and downright terrifying song, never have i listened to a song that could evoke such a raw fight-or-flight response by just using a single motif the way the motif is stacked so haphazardly over itself, how it doesn't conform whatsoever to musical norms, how it can be so chaotic with a singular violin and an echoey room it's insane how versatile yu-peng chen is, being able to make songs that require full orchestras to play just as impactful as one man on a violin for 10 seconds + barebones post-editing

I love how Forgotten Epic sounds like the current Enkanomiya music. It really connects and you can surmise what role Orobashi played for the people of Enkanomiya.

Sumeru music will probably be Middle Eastern/Indian or a mix of both. The name Sumeru is also very similar to Sumer which is a very early civilization which was located in what is known today as south eastern Iraq.

forgotten epic is probably one of my fav genshin soundtracks of all time alongside lovers' oath and the theme that plays at stormterror's lair .. idk how yu peng chen does it but all of his melodies are simply unforgettable and integrate so seamlessly with the background strings/brass/winds??? hyv hit the jackpot with him honestly

SAME! not a lot of people will remember this, coz it disappears completely from the game after fixing the island and finishing the archon quest.

I loved the “busy silhouette”, “Whispering tatargami” and “forgotten epic” pieces. Now I finally know their names!

Embrace of Sea Waves is GORGEOUS! After hearing it pick up, I had to play it again. This whole OST is incredible.

While I recognize most songs from the Inazuma OST, Silent Testimony (13:12) is the single one that stuck with me. Genshin Impact has a phenomenal soundtrack with many songs that stand out, but it was this serenely ominous song that keeps me coming back.

aside it from being used on that scene when we first arrive/travel on inazuma (via the crux fleet) it is used repeatedly on the Golden Apple Archipelago Island (when we first lit out the isles & it’s first half always plays when we’re at Maguu Kenki’s arena back on patch 1.6)

I was searching for a specific OST for ages and now I find them at the end of the list 37:41/ 39:12 , and they're called "Forgotten epic"/ "Serpent tragedy"? Such good names. I really love these two tracks, and I don't know why. They also sound so sad. Great job you did there, Mihoyo. Inazuma's tracks have been quite enjoyable to listen to while playing. To me, this piece is as good as the stromterror lair ost.

I've been a fan of Sangonomiya Kokomi since I first saw her thanks to her aesthetics, personality, Hydro vision, and unique premise of not scaling with Crit. Throughout the story, she alliviates people's problems, directs them through battle, and boosts her army with her sole presence. She commands respect, and serenity. I thought I knew what I was signing for: an amazing support-healer with outstanding military prowess. She can't crit, but she posesses a 10 seconds window for releasing all the might of Watatsumi granted by Orobashi to the Sangonomiya Clan --to protect those who dwell in Watatsumi Island, and destroy those who dare hurt them. Keep in mind that I am C1 with Everlasting Moonglow. Upon playing her, however, she feels so... underwhelming. And trust me, I'm no meta-slave. I main DPS Sucrose. But she just heals less than some 4-star healers, while providing you with no support outside of enabling Wet status. Let's compare her with Barbara. Barbara's "Let the Show Begin" heals the active character, allows her normal and charged attacks to heal the whole team, and reduces the Stamina consumption of the active character by 12% for its duration while also extending its duration every time the character gains a particle for a max of 5 seconds. Kokomi? She has a cute bake-kurage that dances, heals, applies Wet, and... yeah, that's it. No morale boosts-- no atk increase, no stamina consumption decrease, no elemental dmg bonus, nothing. During Nereid's Ascension, she feels amazing. Her damage is decent, her attacks start healing the whole team, and it scales with her Max HP + Healing Bonus. The problem? Barbara already does this with her ability. Sure, she doesn't gain a damage increase, but she can be built with Crit and deal the same damage as Kokomi inside her ult. She lacks support capabilities, and damage in and outside of her ultimate. So what's wrong with Kokomi? Her talents. -Flawless Strategy sacrificies a whopping 100% crit rate for a mere 25% healing bonus -Song of Pearls only grants you 15% of extra damage based on her healing bonus during Nereid's Ascension. -Tamanooya's Casket just resets the on-field cooldown of her already useless bake-kurage. How can MiHoyo fix this without erasing Kokomi's unique trait of -100 crit rate? -Give Flawless Strategy more Healing Bonus. If you're sacrificing 100% crit rate, give us at least 50% healing bonus. -Allow Song of Pearls to grant more damage based on Healing bonus inside the ult, and add two new effects: allow her attacks to scale with healing bonus outside of her ult, and make it so that her Normal, Charged, and Plunging attacks scale with her Max HP, similar to the rework made to Zhongli in 1.3 - Give Tamanooya's Casket a new effect that either decreases the stamina consumption when active, grants the active character a boost in their atk, or in elemental damage. This effect can also be further boosted within Nereid's Ascension. - This one is a stretch, but she's a mermaid. Give her a special swimming annimation! -Hydro resonance is just bad. The healing bonus provided by the resonance doesn't buff Kokomi for some reason. And that shouldn't even be the effect, because not all hydro characters are healers (looking at you, Tartaglia and Mona). A rework of this resonance is due.

It's also the leimotif for Scaramouche's songs (his boss theme and trailer song). Marx's theory was about how religion is the opium of the masses, and scaramouche is similarly using his goals of becoming a god to fulfill an emptiness in his life.
