    Thank you Andrew. I'll be 50 in a week and I've never heard the gospel( the true gospel ) until now. My belief was always performance based. This is the good news ( gospel) this has set me free. I am dead to sin. Thank you. I feel wietd not having to perform and just believing I am reborn because of what Jesus did not how good I am. Wow! Mind blown 😊

    This man preches much truth! Many who preach works, as I did for many years, find themselves asking alot of questions that they refuse to hear the answer, coming right from the word of God! Pride puffs up, humility lifts us, so I thank God for men like Andrew who preach the truth in LOVE! I have much to learn coming out of the "stop sinning" prove you have stopped by your deeds, and work to merit your own way to salvation! This is a gosple of demons, taking Christ out of the picture, and putting pride and self in His place! I had to learn the hard way, but continue to grow in His grace, and not my own self, that just produces condemnation and hate. I pray many come out of the "works" gosple, and see that Andrew is not preaching for sin, as I used to accuse, but preaching for grace, its power over sin, and the hard fact that its not me working my way to heaven, but trusting in HIM, who did it all, to set me free, and declare me righteous in HIM as I rest in Him, each and every day, and not my own weak efforts to earn my place in heaven!

    He does not change. He is our righteousness but we falter. Everything is not beautiful but truly His grace is sufficient. We are not complete until we meet our Saviour face-to-face. God sees us through Jesus shed blood and the forgiveness that was accomplished. Finished. We still need to work out our salvation, growing with Holy Spirit’s guidance and giftings. Faith without works is not good enough. We need to have our lamp stand ready when he comes. His righteousness and grace are constant, we are human and conviction of sin still happens!

    Listening to your second point where we would say" my life is too messy to be an expression of righteousness... " I'm just thinking to something that happened just like in the last week or two - there's this lady that was covered in tattoos, a satanist I think. She came to Christ. This was very controversial among some people, wondering if it was for real. Something in me told me that she WAS for real. She can't take all those tattoos off her body, but her heart is now clean because of Jesus! She's a sister in Christ! I hope I never forget that picture of her... That's how he wants us to see ourselves! None of us will ever be squeaky clean on the outside, but we are clean on the inside! That's what you're saying in point number two.

What about all the parts in scripture where it exorts us christians to walk in the faith? So if we dont walk in the faith it does nothing and the warnings mean nothing? at 31:48 approx., it is said that "you don't have to be like Jesus".. so how does Rom 8:29 apply then? Also, since I am partaker of the divine nature according to Peter, which part I'm to be conformed to? The prophetic movement claims that it is "because of the fullness of God in us" that we are released to "practice" miracles, signs and wonders to reveal Christ...on the other hand, those who stand on "sola scriptura" in the Christianity family claim that the fullness pertains to the "moral/ righteousness" character of God.

    Additionally, Eph chap 4 gives us guidelines as to what a transformed life ought to be like and chap 5 begins with "therefore, be imitators of God"...isn't the effort from our part in this case? And when Peter exhorts to be diligent in 2 Pe 1:5 "to apply all diligence"... how does this work out from a "grace" perspective?

    Sylvain Chantelois To understand this, one needs to divide their actions from their identity. God saved _you,_ not your actions. He made _you_ righteous, but your actions are still influenced by your flesh (old ways of thinking) and sin (the outside power that tempts you to sin). You are not what you do, and doing anything does not equal who you are. Once we get saved, we are free to conform our minds to Christ or not. God set us free, so even after salvation we have a free choice. We do those things _because_ we are saved, and not _in order to be_ or to _keep being_ saved. But anything that you do after salvation is what Jesus is doing anyway, so in the end it never even was you in the first place, because we are now _in_ Christ. God does everything for and in us. I recommend you watch Andrew's video titled "why do we still sin?" For a more in depth explanation.

  • @BlackOreoCookie

    @BlackOreoCookie

    Regarding the new nature, yoi previously had the Adamic, sinful nature, that you inherited from birth, which is the thing that caused you to sin (since being a sinner comes before sinning, not after). So it was the core of your being, deeper than your feelings/thoughts/will that was sinful, a part that was dead and that we couldn't reach and change ourselves, whatsoever. This is the part that God exchanged for His own divine nature. You don't feel it, it doesn't automatically show up in actions, it is your inner most being where only God can reach. So, because we don't experience this, we are instructed to change our minds ans develop disciplines so we can start to outwardly transform more and more into the being we are now on the inside. The inside of the cup has been washed, now wash the outside so it fits. This is what it means to be born again, under Christ instead of Adam. Born with a divine nature, a living spirit, instead of with a dead one.

    No, they didn't believe, they thought their works would make them right, that's not belief. That's being a religious pharisee and thinking that ones own deeds will count to gain eternal life. It is a gift. Righteousness comes from a Person and His work, which is Jesus and His life given in death and resurrection to make us righteous. Knowing Christ and the work of the cross is the open door to live from the place of God living within. It's not a thing to be earned, but received.

    Unfortunately nobody preaches a 100% accurate gospel. Love the naked gospel and Andrew Farleys ministry but not the evangelical take on signs and wonders for today. Yes we are not Jesus but look at the apostles they did as Jesus did in the book of Acts. And look at Christians throughout time afterwards like John G Lake and Smith Wigglesworth for example they had powerful ministries including demonstrations of the Spirit. But they didn't preach grace but mixture. I have my own grace church and I see many signs and wonders. We need to get back to the full council of God!

    Love your preaching, brother Andrew, but I have to strongly disagree with this message. The Bible says our hearts are desperately wicked and that none of us are righteous. I realize that in Jesus we are made perfect and righteous, but I think it's important to keep in mind that it is not our own hearts that are perfect but the Holy Spirit who lives in them and Jesus who sanctifies them. It is crucial that we realize we are wretched beings, otherwise it is too easy to lapse into complacency regarding sin. Even Paul, after his conversion, lamented over the wickedness of his own heart in Romans 7: (For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not. For the good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want. But if I am doing the very thing I do not want, I am no longer the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me. I find then the principle that evil is present in me, the one who wants to do good. For I joyfully concur with the law of God in the inner man, but I see a different law in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is in my members. Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free from the body of this death? Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord!) Thank you for your ministry and many blessings to you.

    Hey sister. That passage from Romans refers to Paul's struggles while under the law. He's expressing his frustration and state of helpness while wanting to obey the law yet being unable to do so. But look what he says next...Jesus delivers us from that wretched state and gives us the gift of no condemnation (Romans 7:25-8:1)!! It takes faith to realize and grasp how all-encompassing and powerful Jesus' death on the cross truly was. Yes apart from Christ, we are all wicked and nothing good dwells in us BUT thanks be to God, He has made us the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:21). Adam's failure and the effects of it can not compare to Jesus' finished work on the cross!!! Hallelujah

    @@khabibthebear-whisperer4740 Yes, you are making my point for me, thank you. Jeremiah 17:9 tells us that the heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked. It is the work of God in our hearts that makes us perfect, nothing in us. It's important to maintain an awareness of the seriousness of sin, even after sanctification, because Hebrews 10:26 says that if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth there no longer remains any sacrifice for our sins. I'm afraid Christians get lulled into this false sense of security with the "once saved, always saved" mentality, when the Bible contradicts that in many places. Not everyone who says to him, "Lord, Lord" will enter the kingdom of heaven. My hope is that everyone can know him and his truth and that we all have a deep understanding of his Word. Blessings.

    @@JaneSmith0709 Once TRULY saved, always saved? O absolutely! Jesus said "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. And I give unto them eternal life and they shall never perish" There are too many clear verses that tell us explicitly that we are saved by grace through faith not of works lest any man should boast... Simply by believing in what Jesus has done for us. So the only way to become 'unsaved' would be to stop believing in Christ. We should never let a few obscure passages rob us of the joy, blessings, and security that we can receive through the gospel of Jesus Christ. I also encourage you to watch Brother Farley's video specific video on Hebrews 10:26. Most of the people who will be turned away and denied by the Lord are the legalists and those who believe that THEIR sacrifice, dedication, and service would grant them eternal life. We must be wary of adding anything to what Jesus already accomplished for us on the cross. It was a perfect, complete work! Theres nothing left for us to do but simply receive and rest. God bless
