It’s the risk you take. You have to just be careful, I kayak constantly here in east Texas. I live off a very large lake with thousands of little off branches and slues. It gets sketchy out there, I’ve had gators bigger than the Kak go under and bump me. Not to mention the water moccasin that live in those low laying branches. You steer away from the gator and you meet the snake. And they’re meaner than the gators

For anyone wondering, what that teacher did was something called the “iodine clock reaction” To put it simply what happens is both cups have 2 different chemicals. When they mix they should turn that color when they mix, but one of the two chemicals (Vitamin C) is essentially occupying the other chemicals, keeping them from reacting with each other. Eventually, that chemical can no longer react and the two chemicals spontaneously react with eachother, turning the liquid black

The port of Amsterdam clip was probably filmed during "SAIL". It's an event that happens every 5 years and it's basically a boat show where everyone gets onto het IJ, which is the lake you're seeing in the video. On other days there are relatively few boats.

@@HeyIwasaValedictorian, huh? I mean don't get me wrong I've seen some kids while in K-12 be just mean and rude to people for seemingly no reason and even at times seen or heard kids trying to get into physical fights with teachers...but that doesn’t change what OP was talking about. Because those same kids, at least for the most part, would actually respect those types of teachers. For example one kid I knew was always getting into trouble one way or another, didn’t respect any teacher, staff or the principal...yet this one teacher nearly the whole school loved and respected would get respect from that kid. There are bad kids, then there are misunderstood kids that seem bad..they are not the same though they might appear so..it's up to everyone to decide how they are going to react to those not so good/well behaved kids on how a Teacher-Student Relationship is. The same could go for decent to good kids but they have to deal with a bad teacher.

Cool thing about the plant cells, the reason they’re still in little boxes is because the cells are actually ripping away from their cell walls, and it is not reversible. So, if you give your plant salt water, it cannot recover Edit: this is generalizing, there’s much more to this topic and plants can recover in some conditions, sorry for not being clear.
@EldritchCaptain
Жыл бұрын
I'm pretty sure this is false, since I did a lab about osmosis earlier this spring where I saw just that happening. The cell wall in plant cells is just what makes the cell so good at dealing with different tonicities, so if you just remove it from the salt water and put it in normal water, it should puff up again

@Savicii The fact you, and everyone else like you, go to the comments to spread your "I'm better, this person sucks" rhetoric on every feasible comment: shows you all are conglomerately willing to put down people for fame and fortune.
