@@03615165 he gave that example as initially, Vodafone and Airtel gave us better rates to end bsnl and then when they were sole in the market, they charge whatever they wanted. Jio did the same to Airtel. Initially, it gave you free and then start charging you high prices. Same going to happen with the farmers. Intially, Pvt. Firms will give them good prices to attract them. And later on,JB apmc or msp khtm ho jaega to fr wo lootege. Thoda samjho for bolo. It's not about you will pay high prices for data. It's more like .. if something is giving you benefit in short run, it will be non beneficial in long run. It will cost you alot.

Hope he stay like this and doesn't get corrupted by political parties

Farming is very hard work ,,u can't control climate like rain, wind, pest, 🌞 etc also farmers have to work on open land for long time,,. Still can't get good money 😭🙄

Very clever! Your information is right, but your inferences and extrapolations are completely wrong. The scenarios that you have mentioned where the farmer incurs losses are hypothetical. They may or may not happen m if they do happen, then the problem is not in the farmer's bill, but rather the corruption that exists in India day to day, irrespective of the ruling party. However, the so called "only problem" of APMC mandis- absence of TRANSPARENCY is the REAL problem. I'm a farmer's son. I have returned from mandis throwing all tomatoes in garbage, because they offered us 50 paise per kilo. The only good part about my case is I'm employed in an IT company and we have given up hopes on Agriculture as a source of income. Thanks to APMC mandis. It is really sad that hatred towards the ruling party and the selfish intents of the middle men who are feasting on farmers' hard work are making politics out of these. And so-called intellectuals with half-baked knowledge still believe and propagate that the bill is bad. No, the bill is FOR us.

@@cletusdsouza7276when we had non bjp government in Maharashtra they imposed restrictions on farmers market, which used to be daily, now they were allowed to seek it only one day a week. And extortion rose as well. I always give NOTA, I never supported bjp. But that is what happened to my farmer friends. But thankfully now the markets are more regular. I do know that no party is perfect. But to kill the small farmers business acumen is wrong. APMC politics is still under Pawar lobby, so curious what happens in coming years. AND YOU know I was shopping from SAHYADRI FPO, which would have gained from these bills, but even they went against the farmers bill. Why? Because currently their contracts with farmers are more exploitative. These laws would have made them pay more to farmers. Their won sales manager told me over a coffee. 😂😂 So garib ka koi nahi hai, agar hum hi aise bills ko harayenge for petty politics, hum hi marenge usmein

while scheming a scheme there are few factors to consider: 1. the people's opinion you are scheming for, and experts opinion(real ones) 2. history of such decisions (eg. US, BSNL) 3. realistic calculations(eg. farmers rarely got msp) 4. cause of problem(eg. government's loss due to excess wheat is not due to giving msp for wheat but due to not giving msp for other 23 crops they quoted) 5. purpose of scheme(eg. ration scheme was not meant to make profits) etc.. also remember there is difference in seemingly good and practical decision, remember mohamad bin tughlaq And why was walmart oppsed in India? A proud grandson of a farmer.

I don't mind protesting but holding city that too capital , hijacking roads is wrong trend ... imaginene if this works and goverment roll back laws this will became trend... hijack roads , stop commute , block movement and harm ecomnomy . This is not constitutional . This kind of protests makes sense when you are ruled by person who you didnt choose . This is government choosed in democratic way. They had this reforms in their manofesto. Bills can be challenged in courts not on roads ... that too getting ration for 6 months aiming to block road for 6 months!!!... this is blackmailing . Government had numbers in both houses and they passed bill ... contest it in court not on road.

@luciferfallen007 it's not that simple at the time previous govt brought same bills , farmers didn't had options of MUDRA loan , bank accounts , etc which they have know , so at that time application of this bills were not possible at all cause most of them didn't even had a bank account at that time

I read those actual policies long back in December, after seeing ur reaction here I feel you have balance in ur opinions and have analysed current situation well. One thing you missed which was there in policy was that, farmers cannot go to courts in case of dispute instead they have to approach SDM. I think this needs to corrected as well in the policy, rest full law is ok and fine to be implemented if executed properly. Good job Nishant bhai❤️👍

Being a farmer i totally agree with you. Now when you opt for MSP In Government mandis government employee will make to do multiple visits to the mandi giving excuse of lack of infrastructure. In fear of crops getting spoil and need of income. Farmer is forced to sell their crops at cheap price in private. The bill have both pros and cons.

As a Farmer I rigidly say that these bills will even make condition of the farmers even worse, BIHAR is perfect model as farmers from Bihar come to Punjab for working in fields. As in Bihar 2006 APMC was demolished and now the private sector had monopoly. More over one of the bill says farmer cannot even go to court just til SDM and DC office lolz. The corporate is way bigger than SDM and DC's (Ambani , Adanai)
