    Grew up with a mother who had tough love, she deeply loved us but could not show it and this has affected me so much in my relationships with even my children. I find it a hard paper to show love to people however much my heart is melting inside, Its challenging for me to be vulnerable with even my close circle. But with such podcasts am choosing to do better. Thanks Rachel

    Parents should understand the children's personality traits and identify the areas that need improvement, not just focus on career..my take away. Many are excelling in the workplace but also need to take them to their homes, emotional regulation is nurtured by women 🙏🏽Thank you for the insightful discussions
