Your health is important, your mental health is important. Doing what you can even if it's just getting out of bed is an accomplishment to be proud of 😃 It took me a very long time to learn that doing what I can how I can is ok, I don't have to overwhelm myself trying to just push through. Setting boundaries, doing what is best for you will always be ok, it doesn't matter what anyone else says. So if all you did was get out of bed be proud of you 😃 One day, one step, one moment and one second at a time 😊 that's all we can really do. You got this 😺
