Have fun, Adrienne! February is definitely dragging. It's raining in LA, and I'm dreading Monday. I'm a teacher, so raining days suck. I also want to make a career change, but I'm undecided about what to do. I love creating (art, writing, content, etc.), but I have so many responsibilities, and I'm afraid of change. Right now, I'm focused on staying positive and creating cues to get me into good habits.

I can definitely relate, I have been feeling extremely uninspired lately and my motivation to do anything is at an all-time low.. but as you said we can do it, let's not get too discouraged as it is something that many people go through as well.. 🫶 (I LOVE Korean hair salons too btw 😍)
