I’ve been a runner for a long time! My biggest tip is when you start your run, run WAY slower than you think you should. Trust me, after 10 min, that pace will feel appropriate 👍

I struggle with my appetite alot, even when im hungry sometimes i wont eat because nothing sounds good or looks good 🤷🏻‍♀️ i usually end up watching eating shows or cooking shows to encourage my appetite to override my brain. Especially if something looks really good 😊 that may help you as well.

I started running this past year so I think I’m a beginner still. Start out with 10 mins every other day. You can do a couch to 5K plan that helps. Theres also some run clubs in Busan you can run with other people.

Hi! Running is good for stamina! Just like you said pace yourself. 10 mins is a good base point. I would do the run/walk method to start out. Like run 1min walk 2mins until you build up your time. Good luck! 💕

I am more the if you see me running 🤷🏻‍♀️ run because something is chasing me. Also sadly my legs don't work well anymore 😞 Once i have braces for my ankles I'm going to start trying to walk more.

The point of ID cards is to be able to identify someone, but they photoshop so much that it doesn't even look like the person anymore! 😅 Are you able to request them not to do any changes (for ID cards specifically)? I love the raw photos of you and Cleo. You're both so photogenic! 💕
