The important thing to remember about the MBTI is that it's not a personality assessment, it's a measure of preferences. All people have all types, but the 4 that stand out in the result are based on how you answer that day. This is why it changes so much. You might take it one day and get one result, and then later on in the week take it again, and boom, one letter has changed. It just indicates you feel differently about that area for some reason and have different preferences. I'm a psychologist and use the MBTI for career assessments all the time!

The bath house/spa seems really inviting! I personally prefer going to a sauna either by myself or with my partner. I don't know if you are familiar with the concept of something that is your own little wellness spa? These are spa chains that works as follows: you enter sort of a spa shop (or book it online) and you basically book a room which contains a huge rain shower, a huge whirlpool & a sauna (some packages even contain an additional water massage bench or salt peelings etc.) Then the staff leads you to your room which already smells like the scent you've picked for the sauna itself. You can adjust mood lighting on a tablet & connect your phone to play your own music (or listen to relaxing preset melodies as well) AND you can order little healthy snacks like wraps, sandwiches, salad and such from a little menu on there that are delivered to your room directly through a little window - so really privately. You can book that room for 1-4 hours or so (we mostly stay 2) and it's THE best thing that has happened to me in the past few years. I loooove relaxing there!! If you ever come across one maybe in the US or Korea, definitely give it a try 😊
