It's fast enough for me Damm cleetus these bikes are torque monsters to take this bike off road anywhere up a tree of you can ride it. Sweeet and fast enough. It's all about the torque.

Is ur bars bent or is that the camera angle

ir does sound like your carb is off tune just a tad which will make it bog in upper throttle and feel doggy in low end but its not bad very easy fix.

klx450r 17" supermoto wheels factory 5 speed wide ratio 100mph gps once must of had tail wind generally 95-96 needs a 6th gear for street
