2024 KAWASAKI ELIMINATOR 500 - TOP SPEED WITH GPS

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Another world first video! This is my top speed of the Kawasak Eliminator 500. Looks like it is a bit faster than the Honda Rebel 500, though I was unable to check it with GPS at the time.

Thank you for posting this. My stepfather introduced me to cruisers last year (he'd been pushing me to try one of his) so I have put maybe a few hundred miles on his HD Dyna, a 750lb monster. I've been to stores and have sat on an Eliminator 500. Love the lower weight and decent fuel efficiency. My sole gripe with it so far is the lack of forward controls, which I need on a cruiser due to long legs. Hoping the aftermarket comes through on these if Kawasaki doesn't.

Not sure if forward controls will be available. Did you also check the Kawa Vulcan S? Weighs a bit more though, but the engine is more powerful too.

It is more cruiser than the Eliminator is. And yes, probably some parts are used or look similar.

It's a 450 motorcycle. A good 1. Depending on how fast ya want to go hell yes it's good for long ride. Short rides long rides. It's a motorcycle. Maybe your confused or something

I would recommend another bike for those long rides. At those speeds it will hold well, but the seating position for those long rides... not sure if it is the best. I would rather recommend the Ninja 500 or better, Ninja 650 or so.

I did that, camera fov shows it a bit different. The EU model has 45 hp. Outside of Europe probably 51 hp.

I know KPH is easier and used the world over, but in American we’re looking at just over 100mph screaming. I could see this bike cruising around 85mph, maybe for longer periods???

The engine would have no problem with that. But if you can call it 'cruising'? I think the more comfortable cruising speed is around 75 mph.

A little over 100 kg without riding gear. Might be faster if you weigh less. Then again, you don't want to ride this fast on a bike like this. 😁

This one pulls a bit faster because it has more torque, but it might be possible the Z300 has a higher top speed.

@@MotoSnax I have long been using metric when it comes to designing things - the math is of course easier - but lately I started learning 3D printing for an electronics project, which took me into CAD too, and now I'm slowly getting up to speed on designing stuff for the world. Been up visiting my stepfather. He has some old Harleys that he can't find certain small plastic parts for, and I've been making them off drawings and measurements. Metric rules :) Edit: Thanks on the videos, but most of my friends don't want to appear on the screen, so instead we just go ride.

@suzyamerica4679 Ah cool! Yes for designing the metric system is used. Everything in metric is easier. Nice that you could make parts for your stepfather! Did you know there is a metric highway in Arizona? It has the signs and exits mentioning them in kilometers. I've been there in 2018. I just had to see it. Interstate 19 from Tucson to Nogales. The rides on video are nice. Such nice scenery. I know as I have been to so many places. The USA is so nice from The Rockies and towards the west. I love mountains. The Netherlands is as flat as a pancake.
