    I just finished week 3 of the 12 week CUT Program, and I’m LOVING it!!! Challenging, but definitely a program that is sustainable. Thank you for creating the program. It keeps me motivated, because it is sustainable, and I am feeling great! 👏 ❤ I love these videos, because this video with the random snacks part is definitely me when I don’t have time to bother to cook.

    I don’t track but I know that 10 of those shrimp from Costco is 39grams of protein + an egg in the fried rice is another 6g of protein + 20g of protein in my collagen that’s in my smoothie + 26g of protein in the fairlife Shake + 5g of protein in the piece of Dave’s killer bread + 5g of protein in the Babybell cheese so thats 101g of protein right there! Not sure how much is in the milk in my coffee, peanut butter, etc! But yea over 100 and like I said in the vid, this was a very snacky day since I was running around like crazy! Just trying to keep it real for you all!
