How about if you play with someone for long enough then you will automatically lower your weapon if you scope them within say 100m. Armbands would help at range but when every has the same face, height, posture it's kinda unrealistic. Might work... Other than that if teamkilling is punished in endgame then all you havto worry about really is BEAR or USEC

Its very enjoyable. They put a tone of work into the gun mechanics and combat. You can check the chamber, mag levels, switch sights, mount everything on the guns, etc. The netcode/servers are not as good though. I'd still recommend getting it if you liked this video but just be forewarned about the servers.

Gian Felipe it is indeed genuinely impressive the coordination and tactics. I actually enjoyed the parts where they decided to withdraw because someone had the jump on them. Fight smarter not harder.

Just think for a moment, this game getting updates like this every month...heaven on earth

commuinication between your squad was top notch. marking enemies, then going after them, this was really good

BSG, please add some sort of friendly identifier. The amount of times I've teamkilled Jay because I wasn't aware of his position to me is bad lol. Really, just a tiny HUD marker or even an arm band if you wanted to go the realistic route would make a world of difference when playing with a group, especially with a group that outflanks and ends up in a crossfire. It'd be a huge quality of life change in the game.

Michael Stokes We do have good communication but it still doesn't help on maps that we aren't familiar with or when every geared player and their mother look the exact same, especially when a split second decision on not too great of servers can be life or death in terms of actually fighting an enemy. That's why I mentioned the realistic arm band identifier for realism. I'm not saying I'm the only one in the group who has tkd as we pretty much all have in every combination. Don't get me wrong, a lot of teamkills in general have been bad communication/position and I'm not denying that it isn't my bad either lol. It happens but an identifier would definitely be a huge QoL improvement in the game.

Use double partner! 2 a 2, is a good way of avoiding friendly fire, and keep together! And remember, if you have negative ID on the target, don't fire!

I love the sounds, love the graphics and love the tension in this game.

I keep seeing people talking about armbands... what if when you put your crosshairs over a player and press a key, you get a verbal indicator from your character. A sigh of relief, them saying "friendly" under their breath, muttering swear words at a non-party member, or something along those lines?

John Oakley it's a call out used by the last trailing person to signify that everyone is accounted for and it's okay to continue moving. It's especially important to the person pulling rear security as it signifies to him that he can disengage and form up with the rest of you.

That red dot on the scope is horrible... Is the eotech still as unuseable? If yes, people with some following should talk to the developers because that aint right. This dot should be quarter of its ingame size and less fuzzy.

The scopes themselves are really really good, the effect is very well done, but the reticle on them look like somebody painted them on there, 2 years later and this hasn’t been fixed

You guys take team kills so well my friends just team killed a way they'd planed for like 6 months and the one that started it did it because I team killed him by accident and he lost an m4 last wipe and he still killed me

Playing EFT with a group is one of the hardest things ever because comms are so difficult to manage (at least it seems) especially in interchange; there's just so many places. I wiped a 4 man and a 3 man squad yesterday on interchange because I just kept running around them in OLI and they were probably having a hard time calling out where I was. Solo > Squads any day

The game is not complete.. no one knows how it will be handled in the future. We know that scavs will be penalized for killing their own but AFAIK nothing has been said about bear on bear or usec on usec. But in the trailer they showed there is a bear working along with usec to fight the scavs, so the lore seems to allow it

This game looks fun but to bad there is no point to playing unless ur a youtuber

TheNeurolicious have played like 1500 raids total? 1000 of em duo rest solo. I think as more member in a squad as harder will it be. Also I don't see a point playing with a 4,5 man squad. I like to rip me apart tho :)
