This video is hilarious, smh. The tactics is not less defined, it is more flexible and gives freedom for the players to use their individual skills. Their is a difference. The tactics is their like other top managers and it is defined. Zidane has formation flexibility. He does not always force his players to do exactly everything by the book. Which is one fo the reasons why he is the right man for the one of the toughest jobs in football.

Zidane reminds a little bit of SAF. Not the best tactician but a great man-manager (SAF is the greatest). The big difference is, SAF rebuilded teams for decades.

Zidane, if given time, can do it here too. But the pressure of winning in Madrid is bigger than at UTD, the president's patience is much smaller. However, I would only take him out if a world class manager like Klopp became available, otherwise Zizou should stay.

This was a good analysis of ZZ and Real this season so far. The top three in LL have been a bit weaker for a few seasons. However for him to have his side in contention despite all the injuries speaks to how skillful he is. He is underrated and managing during this quasi transitional period is a real test. Looking forward to the sprint to the LL finish line. Hopefully my Barca could pip the rest to that title. I'd love to get your take on Koeman's recent tactics using the 3-5-2/3-4-3.

I don't think any other manager can do that. Look at kloop. Liverpool collapsed after few injuries and here we are playing 2 seasons with hazard.

Zidane is totally reliant on our veterans. His tactics don’t work . When they work it’s bcos of the veterans. But out of respect we will keep him for the next season I think . But we need a new tactical manager asap. I think we just might go trophyless this season.
