In this Real First Impressions Video edition, Real Auto Reports takes a quick look at the 2013 Dodge Charger SXT Plus Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD). As you may have guessed, this differs from the Charger R/T All-Wheel Drive (AWD) MAX we looked at before by being two-wheel drive and a V6 engine.

Awesome preview ! I love the my Charger. I have the same AWD r/t Charger that you bought in black but mine in Billet silver . I have to say that I am very ,very happy with my car and highly recommend it . I can't wait for the full review and the comparison if the two cars . Keep up the great reviews . hi Jon, this is a nice review... I really like this car looks great and a fast car. I do have one very important question since I am planning on getting this same one... how is the reliability of this car like the engine, transmission and etc though I like this car I just don't want to keep coming back and forth to the shop to have whatever needs to be fixed... I've read reviews on this car at Edmunds, kbb and etc and it has same low rating on reliability... thanks

I have the SXT Plus Rallye which is the same thing but it has chrome wheels and grille. You forgot to mention that the Blacktop and Rallye editions have 300hp and 264 ft lb and 0-60 is 6.2 sec. The base and SE editions have 292 hp and 260 ft lb which is good for 6.4 0-60 sec.

does the sxt plus/blacktop edition come with 10 premium beats speaker, 552 watt amplifier and a sub-woofer?

what is better a new design 2015 Charger SE w 8 speed auto, or this vehicle, last model SXT V6 blacktop edition? asking because I just bought a 15 Charger SE bad model w 8 speed auto, I could of gotten the older design SXT blacktop edition. wondering if I got the better deal.

I have this same looking car. Mine is a 2014 charger 5.7 V8 hemi ex Iowa State Patrol car.

How is reliability on this model. I recently read a review on this magazine and it had a lot of negative reviews. I have been asking around and many people agree that the charger breaks down a lot and it constantly has to be in the shop. Is this true? I'm looking to get one but not if it's unreliable.

sxt plus v6 leather with every option I could have bought the rt blacktop for the same price. but this car primarily drives in town and as I said we average 19.8 to 20.1 mpg. when we take it to vegas 5 trips this year my wife got 31 driving normal. me I pinned it off the speed limiter @ 121 MPH it was still pulling I got 28 mpg. handling is fantastic the car feels smaller than it actually is. it does not feel as weighty as it is. nimble love the steering. I cant say enough we are very happy.

Bearfootbob the beats audio system and big screen computer are really nice as well. Bluetooth is awesome and yes at first the shifter takes a little getting used to . trunk is huge and the warning system for cars in your blind spot is a god send . ( my wife drives it) and im sure that option has saved my car a couple of times.

Haha. Lol. I like the blinds pot option. You have me sold. I've been debating on whether I should get a hemi or sxt but gas mileage is an important factor. From your experience, sounds really good on mileage.
