    Hi Adam, you mention re-targeting to ad viewers as an underutilized strategy, and that re-targeting is effective until the audience buys or sells. However, I'm wondering how those individuals are removed from the ad pool, aside from manually excluding the few you may know of. Do Facebook ads cater specifically to real estate properties/brokerages to factor in this issue? I don't see how this play on web cookie tracking would account for past-prospectives and stop spamming them with irrelevant ads? Thanks!

    You can create an exclusion audience as well of past customers however it's always good to stay in front of your past customer so we don't typically exclude them. Now it's harder to exclude other people who have just purchased or sold their house (nearly impossible)

    @@jefflmorse The initial ad is just a listing which will be most of your budget (start at minimum $10/day) and then open house ad, price reduced - optional, virtual open house - straight to messenger or a video, pre-approval quiz - straight to messenger, and just sold. All retargeting ads would be $1-5/day depending on the ad spend on the initial listing ad. Does that make sense?

    Adam, was wondering if you had any advice for what kind of campaign to set up for a Sold Listing Ad, I know you are saying messenger, but what kind of lead magnet should I be asking for, or do I just run a straight messenger ad and say if you have any questions tap send message? Thank you.
