Would you say it’s feasible to find an agency that is fair/remote that allows us to do this on our free time at our own pace? Or do the majority of agencies pressure agents …. I enjoyed this video a lot

It really depends on the agency owner. My first experience was with an agency owner who pestered me nonstop and micromanaged and belittled me and his team. I've also had an agency owner let me do my own thing while also being available to mentor me and give me insight when needed. So it really depends on the agency owner who hired you. You really want someone in the middle who actually cares about you, the person, and not just the numbers you can hit.

If you've failed it 5 times it's probably time to move on to something more easier. At $40 bucks a pop that adds up.
