I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed

Im so glad I found this video. I've been taking practice exams and keep failing them because I can't remember the vocabulary but the way its explained in this video makes so much sense! Aiming to pass on my first try!

I’m going today to get my test n I went 5 times already 😭 I’m having problems with national portion, I fail for 4-6 points 😭😭 it’s so stressful for me. I work n I have 2 kids one is 2 years old so it’s very difficult to concentrate n single mother. But I know I can do it. I’m really good with customers working for t-mobile right now and I have the potential!! Soo please wish me good luck. I will get my license sooner or later! In Jesus name I pray I pass today . Don’t give up!!! Don’t get discouraged and keep on pushing girl! You WILL get it! Remember, you can take it as many times as you need to! It doesn’t matter how many times you taken it. What matters is when you pass! And it’s going to mean so much more to you because you worked extra hard for it♥️

A general lien is obtained either through a judgement, creditors of the state, OR through taxes. Taxes are already police power so they do not need a judgement and are just general liens. So they are different, it is just the way through they are obtained.

I try to make a very dry subject, not as dry. I’m not the right instructor for everyone, and there are certainly ones on KZread that will stick to just the facts. I’ve never taught that way, and never will. I appreciate the feedback and wish you the best :)
