I understand you want to interact with the people joining the webinar but its super distracting to be answering comments and questions when you’re in the middle of a definition. Otherwise very helpful thank you for the content.

A lot of the questions asked by some are actually things that l learned from or may have missed. He doesn't do it in excess so it's good content, you can learn from others too not just the teacher

Yes, so grateful for your videos, but too much talking and joking in between. Breaks the flow having to wait for the answer is distracting

yea im on the freehold part and he completely missed finishing the thought and went to the chat to talk about math questions to fixtures. it makes it confusing.

I can’t handle the lack of focus and the “ads”. It’s one thing to talk about ads during a specific time but in the middle of the definition to answer questions is very distracting. I enjoy the examples and the real world use of the words but it’s very difficult to follow.

Agree 100% he was a little all over the place when he kept going back and forth between constructive notice and actual notice. On top of that, he was answering questions from other students. I eventually just had to look up what constructive notice was.

This is the first webinar Ive listened to by Stu. He is ALL over the place and hard to follow. Not sure I can continue listening. I can listen to Joe all day long. I suppose its a matter of preference.

Passed my test first try!!!! Thank you for the help! I definitely have to say, so much of this stuff was not on my exam. I had so many random questions that I literally had no idea and had to really reason through it with all of the knowledge I had collected through lots of studying. You MUST actually understand the material and all of the vocabulary. HAMMER on your VOCAB! I didn’t get a little Debbie cake but I did get a Reese’s Egg! Thank you!!!

what if the buyer asks to only see specific neighborhoods, based on religion, race, etc... is that still considered steering?? do we have to state that we cannot do that?

@@Echolyris212 So what helped me was to purchase the mock exam thru Wisconsin...so whatever state you're in...I took the mock exam 3 times, first time got a 58%, so failing,2nd and 3rd time got a 80%..i took the third mock exam 2 nights before my exam
