Thank you so much for these videos! I wanted to come back and comment on this in 2023. I passed after my 3rd try! I found these videos on my second try and missed by 1 point. After reading these comments and watching these videos. I went back and I passed. Funny because I was a bad student in school and failed most my classes. But you made this so fun and easy to learn and the visuals are exactly what I needed. As well as the cool stories that made me remember the stuff.

I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed

I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mr Mason am really grateful.

can you explain more about house appraisals and when they are necessary? I had a question on the national exam asking if a couple getting a divorce would require a house being appraised, and that confused me.

can you guys do a review on the Texas state exam ? it would be so helpful, I have been struggling with that portion !!

From my understanding and the book from my class the property manager agreement creates a general agency. You stated universal; could you clarify?

I did not use property manager as an example of universal agency. I used a property manager as an example of general agency. I said that a general agent has universality in their representation of the client within one business (the property they are managing).

I cant pass the nationa test> What am I missing?

@@realproperty1012 the internet is an amazing thing. No hard feelings and I always try to take criticism as best as possible. I tried changing my teaching style a few times and I’m always growing and learning. If it wasn’t for people like you, I wouldn’t have improved. Look at some earlier videos. I got a lot better at the virtual thing, upgraded my audio, my video and put as much of myself behind this as possible. I’m always learning and I think in some ways I could try to be more organized, but when I see how many people I help, I also realize there isn’t much to change. Also watch some other videos. The shorter videos avoid the going off topic to keep people with me for long periods of time. It’s hard to teach for almost two hours and try to keep everyone’s attention. I certainly haven’t mastered it, but I can tell you it’s not easy. Lol

Way to much blah blah blahhhhh. Get to the point
