I just passed my exam on the first try yesterday 🎉 and I honestly owe it all to Stu. I was really struggling through the text book until I discovered these videos. I listened to videos whenever I had free time (drying my hair, applying makeup, during meal prep, laundry etc.) I was so prepared!! The videos made me feel way more engaged with the text and contextualized esoteric concepts with real world examples. Soooo grateful and will continue to recommend this channel to every person I know pursuing real estate. Thank you Stu!! So glad it’s over but “Nay Nay” will forever be thought of fondly . : )

Thank you Stu, I passed my IL real estate exam on 03/20/2024, I watched your videos and listened to your advice. I am happy I signed up with PrepAgent.

It’s so crazy how great this material is and I didn’t get any of these questions today..I passed the state that I didn’t study at all and failed the national that I have been studying. Not one steering, blockbusting, easement and so many more questions I didn’t get. I feel like I got the most random questions that I have never even came across or studied…extremely crazy.

@@artlene3652 I’m in WA. I will be honest I have no clue. I’ve taken and passed the exam in the past but I at least recognized the material. This time around it felt like I was taken a completely different exam. They were having tech issues but I hope that didn’t work against me.

Thanks for your help Stu, I passed my CA exam on the first try. Its much easier to remember terms when I watch your videos. I watched all of your videos a few times. When I was taking the test I could hear your voice say "What Say You?" and "Let keep moving, Lets Keep Grooving" Thanks again!!!

oh man I have been looking for just this! Your a life saver man! I have my PSI on Monday Mar18 I have been using the practice PSI directly from the PSI website but I like how you sort of expand on all these definitions and you make it palpable for people to understand better. We have to do a one on one your videos are a wealth of knowledge! I am taking my PSI today in a few hours so I am studying now I failed before and I was so close within 3 questions and I would have passed so I am learning and studying what I didnt know and am going to pass TODAY!! if not hey ill have to email you.
