Its NOT like this game at all. My father performs heart surgeries for pacemakers daily and he has told me the procedure, which is way more peaceful than this game makes it seem. Dont be too scared of it. Edit: and indeed, theres multiple surgeons, less bone sawing and its not very bloody at all.
