I use a set triangle called the Geodreieck or Geodriehoek to find the middle of any page. It's a triangle that measures about 14 cm, but it starts counting from the middle and goes up to 7 at both ends. It's a mandatory school supply where I'm from. I suck at math, but I love my geometric-triangle-ruler-friend.

Oh there are so many! But I'm looking forward to Emily Henry's new book Funny Story.

i feel like i may have commented this already, but incase i haven't. lol i use a similar style to track when i start and finish books, but i use washi tape instead of markers. i have like 3 different widths and each one usually signifies different formats i read in or if i'm reading more than one in a similar format. it's super cute, and an easy way for me to use washi that i have TONS of!

love this journal! for series tracker you could use a light gray tombow (or other pen) if it’s coming out and hasn’t yet and then you could go over it with black once it comes out that way you still know it’s coming but isn’t out yet

Oooh Claudia it’s BEAUTIFUL! I do think it’s likely not for everyone - Megan Bannen really throws you into the world and you get a feel for everything as you go, and of course the funeral home/death care element might make some people uncomfortable but I just thought it was exquisite 🥹 I hope you have a great time with it too!

I just started my first book journal.. I'm actually using my Erin Condren Monthly to keep track but I have actually added a bookshelf and a list of books read to the back of the journal I won from you. I thought it would be perfect to keep up with the first 6 months and the last remaining pages that were left! I try to update it at the end of every reading session where I can - or once a day, assuming I've read something that day! Love that you can put in an audio timestamp and it converts that to a percentage (although Libby does that for you anyway!)

Love love your book journal - so much inspo. I definitely will be trying the half page spreads for books I don't have much to say about. Thanks for sharing!

I struggle with the idea of listening to “audiobooks” being added to a “reading” journal. You technically aren’t reading these, someone else is.

That’s totally fair, if that’s how you see it! It isn’t how I see it - I can still have a full conversation after listening to an audiobook about the plot, the characters, the vibes, all of it, with someone who read a book with their eyeballs, and I never feel like I’ve missed something or lost something in the process, so I’m going to keep counting them as reading. To me it’s just reading with a different sense 💕

AND HAPPY NEW YEARRRRRR🥳🥳 !!!! love you sooo sooo much and i know this year is gonna be good i have a strong feeling and I know alot of people do as well☺. Well if you kinda wanna know about my absense then you can check out my comment on your vlog video, i know it is so long ago but I commented and you never replied so will appreciate you do so and reply as well and also im having my exams so that another reason😬. And don't worry just because i was absent in commenting doesn't mean i wasn't watching your vids😉, Infact i watched all of them and liked them❤🙃. Ahhhhhhh 2023 has been somewhat of a year for tbh like for alot of us it was like just the start to coming out of the deapths of corona virus like recovering from all of those incidents and now i really have a strong feeling that 2024 is where life gets better and better❤‍🩹.🤗 So excited for your new uploads for the year love youuu sooo much you mean alot to me then probably you probably might think, idk just something about you and your content really gets me relaxed and everytime you reply makes my literally week❤🥰! This flip through has brought in soooooo many memories and i just remember all of these themes where i would comment and tell you how much i loved them and you would reply, and those live streams i attended were sooooo darn fun. Like i just had sooo much fun with us getting to know eachother personaly and then creating a bond i really do appreciate it Erin like it really does touch my heart🥲😘. UUUFFFFF i sooooo excited for 2024 as well like i got goals and stuff and i think this is the year i shine, like im gonna be 15 and birthday is in june so like half the year later but still excited about it. Just got alot of interests and things i wanna do and try and if there is one thing you should know about me is that i like to do MANY THINGS🥲 like literally anything and everything. And the best part is i turn out to be good at them like i have MANY TALENTS😏. Things i wanna try is one figure skating i just got a rant about it and i wanna try and then i wanna practice my singing its a skill i wanna have and im passonate about it and i also wanna get better grades like i have boards next year gotta prepare😬. I also wanna do skin care like im kind off scared of beauty things but umm kinda wanna get rid of the acne you know🙄, and another thing is that i wanna get fit cuz im thin lolz 🤣like im thinner then my younger sister by 2 inches whose 5 years youngerthan me like i wanna get fit and feel great you know 🤣🤣, and write some more good poetry its been long since i have and finally get close to publishing my own book it's been a big dream of mine since 7th grade after my teachers loved my poems and said they were so good that could publish them 😍. OMG such a big comment😬, you should have put a stats on how many comments you've read of mine cuz clearly i write them as a book long sorry i get carried away🤣😅. Aww hi Muskan! It’s funny, because I have lots of things I want to reply to you because you mention lots of things in your comments, sometimes I think ‘I need to think about what I want to say first’ but then other people comment and the back end of KZread doesn’t show older comments anymore and then I never left my comment! My channel has been doing really well lately which I’m so grateful for, but it’s getting harder to respond to everyone so sometimes I might not be able to - just know I always always read your comments and I always always appreciate them! I hope this year is wonderful for you! We have singing and poetry in common - it’s so much fun! I started singing lessons when I was about 15 too 🥰 I actually studied music at university, majoring in composition so I got to write music as part of my study - which was super fun but I’m clearly not really using that degree now 😅 I don’t regret it though! I’ve been sick with a bad cold or flu since just before Christmas so I’m having trouble getting motivated for this year but I’m excited to share more videos with you soon - hopefully I’m fully recovered ASAP!
