She is doing really well. Nice to see a dog owner actually putting the work in rather then expecting trainers to produce a non existent magic wand. Thank you :)
Seriously incredible. Makes my eyes tear up watching Link pay such great attention to Angela!
Amazing difference from the first lesson to the second in both Link and Angela. It’s mesmerising once you see handler and dog in unison. Excellent training is the key. Great job Larry.
WOW! What a neighborhood...... and those houses!!! Damn
You are an incredible person! Love your upbeat and kind attitude....thank you for sharing your expertise with us.
So helpful to see you train the person & dog together - thank you!!!
HA! my GSD had us fooled for 3 months she couldn't get in the SUV without help - love how you mark and reward your human client :)
Love these videos. Really helps to see and hear your commentary especially with aggressive cases and big dogs. There hasn't really been anyone too experienced with German Shepherds in my area so it's helpful for just those small things to get them tweaked and fixed. My 1.5 year old German has definitely benefited from these videos because I get to learn. He's not aggressive but he gets overexcited and we've been able to improve our walk.
Thoroughly enjoyed Miss Angela and Link!
One of the most useful ecollar videos I’ve seen!
Just recently found your page, enjoying content.Starting my E collar conditioning w/my dutchie this week.Enjoying watching lessons before implementing your strategies
I love her "yeaaaahhh" marker! So nice and unique! Love this team lol
Such a great video. I also find it amusing to clearly see how the training of Angela is the key to training her beautiful boy.
The way you work with your customer is beautiful. It must be such an honor to be able to work with you!
Love it. Great instructions, and game plan to what she needs to do
Awesome video. Thanks for your instruction. This really helps.
Just went through the first video again and her dog is so much more in tune with her now and has a better state of mind overall. Nice progress!
Great video!...its going to help me to properly correct my dog when he is fixated on things👍
Video quality is lookin good Larry
@larry question for you... I've been trying to understand when you're using the "nick" function and when you're using the "continuous" function and just tapping it (like a nick) versus when you're using the continuous function (holding it) until the dog responds /complies... Could you please explain this? I'm new to this ecollar thing - I have the ez-900 educator - haven't even begun using it yet...
Are you using the standard prongs or the long hair comfort pad or? Also, I don't see the biothane collar so what are you using and who is your source to purchase them? Thanks!!
Larry - is there a third video? I have a reactive dog myself and would really love to see how you handle this dog in the more distracting environment.

Yes, PLEASE!! (That's my best "mark". I hope it worked!)
Love it
Can you tell me why during recall with distraction you don't associate the command with the stimulation? Thanks for share your lessons.
I love your pupils, they are beautiful beast. Do you think it is a good idea to get your dog from breed rescues? For example I have been thinking of getting a Dobbie from rescuers, not a shelter do you have any suggestions?
I have a seven month Husky and he reacts to other dogs and animals. Can he be trained as well? I say that because Huskies have the reputation of being stubborn and my Husky fits the bill.
Just wondering how do you know what number to go to like from a 5 to a 20 what determines that you put the number higher because of the distraction but what if you don't know what number to jump to
Is there a video of lesson 3?
Hey man. I got an issue. Just got a collar for my gsd but he doesn’t even notice it. Is it because his hair is in the way?
I have 8 no old GSDs and they have sensitive stomachs. What would u suggests for training treats …for reg and high rewards ??
Hola buen día. Podrías publicar un video con la estructura de mandar a su lugar o a la pelota y que lo deje y luego mandarlo a completar que llegue a su lugar.
When she switched from 5 to 20 is it about the sound level, or vibration or the shock? I’m not familiar with that ecollar.
What e-collar are you using please?
I'm looking to get an ecollar for my very reactive great dane, he barks at humans and dogs and will not listen to a thing I say outside. My question is how do I stop the barking before it happens with the ecollar? I know the ecollar is not used as a punishment, so when we go for a walk how do I keep his attention on me and off all the distractions?

Try to teach your dog the leave it command. Then once he knows the leave it command you add the ecollar and fix the prroblem. If he doesn’t listen to you

@@alexander39672 THANK YOU!! This was my question as well
Damn that is a nice neighborhood.
GSD"s are so smart
so is this a 5 shock or vibrate? i have a 2 1/2 gsd, took him to trainers for a month bc he has severe reactivity towards new people, kids, he barks & has nipped my uncles finger, & he also wants to obliterate my cat & he also attacked my puppy who needed $4k in surgery.. the trainer that i took him to trains police dogs & told me to get a mini educator, when he reacts towards kids, animals, people, to shock at 15... and if he doesn't respond go higher by 10 to 25... i'm not to fond of the idea of immediately shocking him i feel like theres alternative with the vibrate.. whats your thoughts?? i need help bc after he came back it feels like he hasn't improved much

Obviously you understand nothing about dogs and give him to animal abusers. Learn basics about dogs and give your dog immediately in competent hands.
Can you recommend one of your videos to stop a dog from guarding or protecting and being aggressive to protect the owner from other people approaching him? I'm desperate here. Need help? Cannot find any videos on KZread that actually addressed this specific issue. They talk about it. They don't actually show or give any ways to correct it and to fix it. Please help
What other objects can be used as PLACE boards??
@TeslaNick2

Any elevated platform. By being elevated, it makes it more obvious to the dog when he's on or off the board.

I got a prong collar for my 2yr old rottie can i have the first link
Larry can you let me know if the house next door to you comes up for sale.😉
My GSD was "stimulated" by a 1200 series eCollar Educator by someone and he really yelped. I mean really yelped and at this tine he was out of my site of view. Im upset. Should i be because of that I wont return for his classes unless i can be educated about these things.
I live in a household that is very against e-collar...I’m thinking maybe a prong collar... is the exercise the same for a distraction??
Why are your dogs tails never up? Is that a German Shepard thing?

yeah my gsd never lifts his tail unless hes happy or growling at someone (i'm working on that part w him)
She could definitely use a bit more livelyhood haha.
Handsome boy. He looks all german, as in not made in the USA.

Larry Krohn but isn’t “yes” or whatever marker word we use is the release command ? Im confused
@9videoguy

Free dog is letting your dog know you're not expecting anything from him training wise till you call him back and are ready to resume. "You're done" is you telling him we're done training so be a dog. And yes is you marking an action you wanted or good if thats the word you use with your dog.
I would not have so much patience with Angela 😂. No wonder this dog doesn’t listen to her why would he ?😂
Someone commented on the houses. As a human, they were a distraction. Is this dog training or "lifestyles of the rich and famous?"
The owner need stop being lazy. Dragging the leash on the ground and yeaaahhhhhhh.
Please dont use an e-collar on dogs. Here in Germany e-collars are forbidden by law. Even those, that only spray water. That goes for alot of european countries, too. Its not about pain, but about making wrong connections and putting stress on a dog. I have no clue, why these things are so popular in the US..

@@dunjak111 richtig.
