Maybe for the first couple of seasons, but teams already started fearing him back in 2003. You can listen to the mic'd up players in the panthers SB. He was efficient even back then. As for his first "superstar"/franchise QB season, it was imho 2006. That team and offense had no business getting that far and being as good as they were, losing to the eventual SB champion in a close game. That was the 2nd hardest I've seen Brady carry a team.

I totally agree on the age discussion. I'm big on long-term healthy relationships and even wrote a self help book including it. Alot of times people miss out on healthy long-term relationships because of everyone else's opinion instead of their own facts; like they enjoy cooking cleanin and everything domestic, and it's their role in the relationship, but they allow people to convince them its wrong etc and ruin a whole healthy situation. And even in short term relationships, they can be healthy too if you’re secure with what's most important to you and they provide it.

Real talk. Appreciate it!
Can't wait to hear TB on game day
I think Ocho is getting confused about what a Field General is. Peyton and Brady are the embodiment of that title they have complete control over their respective offenses. They can analyze defenses quickly and change the play to counter. They're basically playing chess against defenses as Ray Lewis says. Brock Purdy and Jared Goff are Game Managers they make limited mistakes and take what the defense gives them. They don't run their offenses or make complete changes at the line. As of now, Brady was the last General every QB including Mahomes is just different. Most are Game Managers while Mahomes, Lamar, Allen, and Burrow are game-changer QBs with enate talent good enough to propel their offenses. 1: Field General 2: Game Changer 3: Game Manager

QB’s can’t become field generals after changing regimes every 2 to 3 years….coaches, coordinators, front office etc. Tom was blessed to have consistency in his front office for the majority of his career, due to the fact of that, teams are in “win now” mode and if it doesn’t happen teams are quick to fire staff or change the whole damn team.

Do Ocho has his own shades 😎 line if so where can i purchase them from homie be wearing some dope ass shades 😎
I cannot believe that no one understood what Tom said… He was referring to the QB’s ability to call plays, make adjustments, and exploit the defense at the line of scrimmage pre snap. Some qbs have full control of the offense but it’s a very few. He was mostly criticizing coordinators that are teaching qbs the full game and confining them to a strict system forcing qbs to play checkers rather than chess.

The same reason you worry about why these players do what they do or comment on their actions that’s not becoming of the league. So why comment on that, then double back and say it’s their business we live in an imperfect world. Key word world so we should do what the world do ?

True. These older guys in sports tend to be jealous of the new talent and need to shut up and just worry about what they did.
This is coming from someone who's goat status is being questioned immediately after he retired bc I'm sure he felt his goat status would last for decades to come and it's already being taken. That's not counting deflate gate😅
I'm happy for Coach hoodie!
This is ridiculous and it's petty by Brady. This is a low-key way of him taking a shot at Patrick Mahomes & I don't think the timing of this is accidental. Patrick Mahomes is maybe in the midst of surpassing Brady as the GOAT, so here comes the low-key shade. MJ did it to Bron. Kareem did it to Bron. Don Shula did it to Bill Belichick. Whenever there's a threat, people get petty smh

That's just you projecting your own insecurities. That's not what he means. Anyone can see that what he is saying is correct, even if it is a little hypocritical. There are no great quarterbacks except for Mahomes. The other guys, including Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen, are all flawed and not fully realized. CJ Stroud is the next best possible complete QB. Burrow is flawed and always hurt. Herbert has never lived up to his talent. Wilson is a shell of his former self. Lawrence is an overhyped turnover machine. Hurts is good but streaky and not great at anything. Dak is a complete failure under pressure. Purdy and Goff are elite game managers but not carry-your-team kind of guys. And on and on.

i'll never understand why people go through the mental gymnastics of putting themselves in a position of victimhood. So soft to spin his take as an affront. you think only the black qbs are at the top and he's just commenting on black qbs? what about burrow and allen? both those guys are in the top 4 with Lamar and Mahomes (who's 50%). use your brain next time please.

@@ronaldpatterson1701 leg broke? Second game?? Dont even know what youre talking about. The rule was originally put in place because Carson Palmer got his knee taken out. 3 years before the Brady injury. Vinatieri did what?? He missed 2 out of 3 fgs in SB38. The one he hit was a 41 yarder. Easy. SB39? He hit a 19 yard chip shot to extend the lead to 10. Philly scored another td to cut it to 3. You were saying? If youre gonna be a hater, atleast be knowledgeable.
