Brady is not the GOAT, he had the NFL step in and change the rules to help protect him and prolong his career...defensive players would ease up and let him score because they were afraid to get a roughing the passer penalty....Montana, Unitas and Graham did not have those luxuries. Brady is the Greatest Modern QB for now...Mahomes is catching up to him though.

Brady has been quiet his whole career, this is the last oppurtunity for us to find out more about Brady’s playing experiences and his point of view and what he was thinking. I think this is brilliant, and he’s young, he could do this for 20+ years, he needs something to do I think this is perfect

Yeah, once he relaxes and slows down his delivery a tad he'll be superb. Has the voice pitch and tone to be a great commentator. He'll also become more economical with his words as well.

No shock, with the way he preps for a game, this is no different. Already sounding good. He knows the game SO WELL, he'll bring his knowledge of stuff we've never heard before.... little inside tidbits

I bet NBC, and ESPN, and Amazon Prime are p..sed, and CBS is saying he should have been Romo's replacement.

It shouldn’t be surprising how good Tom Brady will be at this. Football is his language. Arguably the smartest player to ever play the game and happens to know how to speak about it extensively. He’ll be just fine.

It was good for him to do this here to get prepared for the NFL games. He'll watch his performance, learn, and come out the gates like a vet. As a lifelong Giants fan and Tom Brady hater, I actually won't mind seeing him commentating. Good luck to him.

He's definitely been putting the work in to get ready for the broadcast booth. All the speaking events he's been doing is him getting ready for the broadcast booth. From the podcasts to the Netflix roast to the Pats Hall of Fame induction.....he is putting in the work. Always working.....

I know some established sports media guys are kind of hoping he fails but I’m rooting for Brady to be good at this. He has a wealth of football knowledge and game experience and has an obsessive love of football.

Like Mike Florio? The jealousy, when he talks about Brady on his show (PFT), is palpable. Even when talking about Brady's retirement ceremony in a positive way, Florio couldn't resist the digs concerning the roast and raiders ownership. I couldn't figure out what that had to do with the retirement ceremony, but what ever makes you feel better, Florio. 🙄

I appreciate insight Romo brings as a commentator, but god his bias in big games is so annoying, my whole family just ends up yelling at the TV telling him to shutup. Listening to him commentate any Chiefs game with Mahomes under center is so cringeworthy

Tom Brady is so gosh darn likeable.

Was so so. Definitely has the tone in his voice to keep viewers interested. He kept repeating himself tho. But he’s a perfectionist, he’ll master this too at some point.

Brady will be great at this because of not just him being the goat but his intelligence, charisma, and personality is going to show

It is a different type of performance being in the booth. Got to articulate your thoughts and have a nice cadence. Football talk in the huddle on the field is sloppy by comparison.
