I love the covers they made but their original blows your socks off and can't wait for more of those and of course hope to see them live as well. On a side note, the hair thing ain't a thing guys like me can do but it's awesome to watch 🤘🦂🤘

I really have fallen in love with them; I certainly think many of us, such as yourself, share in that fervent devotion. And yes, TGOT is a TOP replay for me; those introductory and mainstay riffs just floor me every time on their bold energy and deserved integration. Cool to hear you're based in Sweden as well; God bless from the US, on my end. I love the Swedish music scene, and I have a friend there on a "study abroad/missions program" right now. I think about Sweden quite often, given those particular points. Maybe one day, I'll be able to swing by. Of course, if I do that, there's so many other European locations I'd have to visit as well. lol

Ever since I first heard her with Mortemia, I haven't been able to get enough of her vocal capabilities. ANd I have to agree with you. Considering AI, TDSOTM, and her other appearances elsewhere, her fashion choices always complement the visualizers well. I do think this one is my favorite. The translucence of the smoke color with the dress give this piece a fun, fantasy-like appearance. Perhaps, a bit of a mystical effect as well.

Hello Al, thx for reacting to all TDSOTM releases and yes, there are more to come before the album release. Let me talk about Jenny, for a change. I love the harp arpeggios and glissandos she adds to the songs (particularly prominent in the HP cover ofc). Her contribution to TDSOTM is really a full part of the band’s identity. So, Jenny is Myu Mieze in Feuerschwanz which could be translated as Meow Kitten (German speaking friends correct me if I’m wrong). Sandra being Mieze Musch Musch, the other stage/video performer. Mieze = kittens, that’s why they have cat tail and ears in the music videos. Jenny sometimes plays harp with Feuerschwanz, like in the cover they made of Hier kommt Alex (kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y65qt5KBha69gco.html). Jenny also plays harp in the instrumental covers Hans did for GOT, together with Steffie (aka Johanna, violinist for Feuerschwanz). Here’s one : kzread.info/dash/bejne/hJiur9KHZMyundY.html. After all, it’s because Hans wanted vocals for his cover of Jenny of Oldstones that he asked Mel to join in, taking advantage of a bet he won. In the videos for the instrumental covers from the GoT soundtrack Hans made on his channel, one might recognize some filming locations from the May It Be video. 😉 Although Jenny guest featured with her harp on quite a few Feuerschwanz songs, mainly on the 2016 album Sex Ist Muss and the 2018 album Methämmer, I think Hier Kommt Alex (2020) is their only video we see her playing. The original version is a 1988 punk rock song by Die Toten Hosen, inspired by the famous novel A Clockwork Orange and it's movie version.
