Dzanum is soul in persian language, they were looking for strong, mysterious word which would fit song atmosphere and producer who also worked on the song suggested ist, Teya didn’t know what it means. Yes, I think she did whole soundtrack for South Wind movie. She usually does music for others but it is cool when she started doing for herself this song became very popular, even internationally. Indians are craziest about this song, it became meme in India.

It's the soundtaack for 'Južni vetar' 2 series. And yes, džanum in Persian/Turkish/Serbian means soul.

Dusha means the soul , but dzanum is not our word . Perhaps people used this word before the 20 th century..

No it is not. Song is about Serbian people fighting back Ottoman empire for 500 years, fighting back Nazi ,Ustase, fighting back Nato and now fighting back west. It is about pain and sorrow that Serbian people going through and suffering from many, many years.
