That`s a great way of doing a reaction with your written thoughts so as not to spoil the flow of the song. Agree with everything you said, for me this performance is 3 minutes of audio and visual perfection. So much thought and execution was put into every millisecond, her interpretation was mind blowing. Her beauty and her physique married with that costume is the icing on top of the cake. An epic performance that I doubt will ever be beaten.

I completely agree with you on the Dune aspect, she really looked like a sci-fi warrior queen. I think this performance by Loreen was amazing and she sang it perfectly. I was less happy about the song but Loreen made it way better than it actually was.

Great Reaction! The "Sand" stage was 3-4x bigger in Swedish competition, check it out was more powerful

Acually inte was only 2 times bigger in the national final. The sides was 2,5 meters in eurovision and 4 meters in melodifestivalen

Great performance ! Being across the pond I have no idea what Eurovision is.....🙁

Well, look at the original version, that was in Sweden. In this version the scene is much smaller, wrong colour on the "sand" etc. It´s so much more epic in original version :) But still she won..... :)

I'm not denying that she's in splendid shape -it's evident that she's very disciplined- let's just not talk as if being 39 years old and fit is /that/ improbable, hahaha.

Eurovision some years back was a dire excuse for music. Lately however, the standard has improved considerably. This lady reminds me of Floor Jansen…both have voices to raise music to new dimensions. I particularly like Loreens’ expressiveness which suggests maybe a hidden actress. Certainly her musical interpretation knows no bounds. Sabina, another visual treat, clearly you are loving the song.

The real and genuine version is during the Swedish selection. In this one, she had to limit her expression and the overall image becomes cramped, almost claustrophobic due to the reduced screen. The idea was that it should become more and more airy and free. Now it was the opposite. Despite that and despite the fact that I myself have a little difficulty with the song, I get goosebumps. She is so expressive, not as charismatic and clear as in the Swedish version, where it becomes downright sexy, but she still manages to preserve the original idea enough to win. Against the odds.
