Chester in my opinion one of the greatest male vocalists of all time. He could do anything. R.I.P. Chester.

I am a HUGE Linkin Park fan and Adele fan (I am from UK) and this is just a perfect combo of the two amazing artists. Chester can literally sing ANYTHING and Adele was in the audience of this show. Before Chester started singing, he did say "we are going to play a song by another artist, she's a local" as the iTunes festival is held in London every year (since 2007)

I’m a 63 yr old Aussie mum, who rarely cries for lost musicians except Chester, Bon Scott, Freddie, and Steve Clark from Def Leppard. He will always be so special to millions of us for different reasons. He was such a good man, who had a crappy childhood and suffered for it through his life. Just not fair, but things never are!

This is only the second time Chester had sang that song. The first time was 2 weeks earlier at a fan Summit in Germany for their fanclub called LP UNDERGROUND. Mike and Chester were trying to find a song to sing live with the fans at the Summit and Mike asked Chester if he could sing Adele's Rolling in the Deep. Chester said he could so that is 1 of the songs they sang with the fans. A fan recorded it and put it up on KZread and the people in charge of ITUNES festival asked Mike and Chester to perform this song at the festival. It started the encore portion of the concert. So Chester had already been singing for an hour at that point.

They honored Adele with such a majestic cover. Usually people butcher covers, but this was wonderful.

Honestly, no shade to you two but I hate how often channels follow trends. I understand trend chasing and how fans/patrons suggest the same video to 500 different channels but it gets old. This is an exception as it's one of my favorite covers ever but in general. I just wish more hidden gems were put at the forefront. Some of my favorite performances are actually covers. It always impresses me when it's an artist I typically don't listen to or a song I didn't originally like. In 2016 Chester did a cover of Billy Idol's White Wedding with Kings of Chaos. It sounds just like Billy Idol was the one on stage singing it. Chester was able to mimic other singers like Jonathan Davis from Korn and Billy Idol. In 2002 Chester recorded a song for the Queen of the Damned soundtrack called System. Jonathan Davis co-wrote the song but couldn't sing it on the soundtrack because his record label said no for the soundtrack but said his tracks could be used in the movie it's self.
