tHIS TOUR BACK IN 2011 WAS VERY SPECIAL TO MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER, IT WAS HER FIRST CONCERT. CONVERTED HER TO LINKIN PARK FAN FOREVER. WAS A GREAT BIRTHDAY EVENING FOR US (HER 17TH) AFTER DINNER WE WALKED TO THE ARENA, AND SUPRISE FOR HER WE HAD TICKETS. TO THIS DAY i DON'T KNOW HOW I KEPT THE SECRET OF THE SHOW UNTIL THAT MOMENT. Chester did that with every concert. He gave 110% weather he was on stage, in the studio, or meeting fans. He loved life for the most part but he had times that life would overwhelm him. The Catalyst is from A Thousand Suns album (4th studio album). The song was written to include the whole band in the song. The only one not singing on stage is Rob the drummer. During Minutes to Midnight album Mike started singing more with the encouragement of Chester and Rick Reuben. A song you might like is No More Sorrow live ITUNES festival 2011. It is from this same concert. Chester and Mike were both giving it their all just like very concert.
I've rewatched this performance so many times. As great as the studio version is, I think I still prefer this one more, they really put everything into it, and it shows. 👏
my fave Linkin Park song of all time and just…wow. i will never get over how amazing this performance is

From this same concert, Chester and Mike pay tribute by performing Adeles' 'Rolling in the Deep'. It absolutely sublime. Just Mike on keys, Chester singing...brings tears to so many. Beautifully done. Chester was one of those rare vocalists that could get away with singing the Phone Book, and we'd Love it ! Thank you Suzy and Travis Always enjoy your reactions, and it's wonderful to hear your music as well !!!

That song was included in the 2010 game Medal of Honor at the very end of game as they rolled the credits... Very emotional to listen tbh...

Linkin Park will go down as one of the greatest bands ever and it was a very sad day in music and for the fans when Chester died, because I couldn’t believe it when I read it, and if you pay attention with all of their songs, I feel like you could hear the pain in his voice like every word, he sang came from the heart, and it was something he was dealing with
