Feuerschwanz is just a treasure. they have so much fun with their music i love it
The bird looks like what we in germany call a "Steinadler" which translates to "stone eagle". Some people think it's our flags animal... it isn't . The flag with the eagle shows... an eagle. It's nowhere stated what kind of eagle it is (unlike the US where it's very clear).

Not only did Aaron a very good choice with the song, he's also right about the beard! As far as I know, Momo Indigo, the wife of Prinz Hodenherz (Prince Testicleheart, long haired vocalist / multi instrumentalist), does most of their costume design. She is the blue-haired lady in the "Ding" video.

The now extinct Haast's eagle of New Zealand is one of the heaviest eagles ever and it's talons could crush the skull of a child.
