That night in the bedroom Travis screams "BESERKERMODE!!!" Beserker originally meant 'bear shirt" in old norse, like a 'bearshirter' a warrior clothed in a bear skin, who went into a psychotic battle rage. Some wore wolfskins (Ulfheðnar) and beserkers 'transformed' into wild frothing animals hewing their enemies to bloody pulp. They were a much respected group in the warrior ranks.

Berserk... quite literally means bear skin in old norse... it referred to warriors that worked them into a killing frenzy and went into battle wearing little other than a bear skin. There are many words that come from old norse into the English language in the same way as many Latin words or their modern derivatives are part of the English language. This is the result of the Vikings, and the Romans in the case of latin, held large areas of England under their control for many years. In fact Susie offhandedly asked where the word inevitable came from... from Latin inēvītābilis (“unavoidable”).

I lost it when Jesus was doing 'crossfit' LMAO. Suzy looked disapproving when she saw the crossfit gag. I think Jesus would find it funny TBH.
This is basically a snapshot of what was going on in the Viking' heads when they first invaded Christian England. "Do these English even lift bro?"
Some words from the Vikings are in Our language..,, week day namens,, Thursday(German Donnerstag).. Thor /.. Friday(German Freitag).. Freya,, Viking god.. So on.. Greedings from north GERMANY. The capital of Vikings Was, Haitabu,, near,, Schleswig in high north of Germany

That's not all. You forgot two: Tyr / Tiwaz day = Tuesday Odin / Wodan's - Wednesday Thor / Donar's day = Thursday Freya's day = Friday There was no 'Viking capitol', not even a Viking nation. Hedeby/Haithabu was an important administrative-, defensive- and trading outpost, but not a capitol. Viking wasn't a nationality, it was an occupation. A raider or pirate. Scandinavia; Denmark, Sweden and Norway were a patchwork of minor kingdoms up until round 900 CE Harald Fairhair for the first time united Norway in what can now be seen as an actual country.
