Reaction to Dimash Kudaibergen, Confessa + The Diva Dance

Ойын-сауық

Hello everyone! Thank you for watching this video with me. Also, thank you for this suggestion, this is so lovely to hear and has a nostalgic feel. The performance exceeded expectations!
I apologize if I have a delay in reacting to your recommendations, there have been copyright issues with three of the Dimash videos so far. I will keep trying though!

Always good, & love the faces of his competitors, who are all established Chinese singers. The audience/judges are also singers/musicians.

Confessa is an Italian song of the renowned singer Adriano Celentano. Dimash does a marvelous rendition of this song. His Italian is impeccable.

Thank you Heather for the response! I've watched dozens of Diva Dance covers.. From my personal point of view, no one has managed to impress me like Dimash, to be gentle.. Otherwise, I would be allowed to say that some were really embarrassing.. I highly recommend watching Diva Dance in the second version.. the admiration will multiply by thousands!

@@phantasmagoricfate yesssssss. This performance and performance nr 5 of that show is so so to me, judging his other production around the same time. Later on, outside of competition format he remastered Diva Dance multiple times. His vocal improved in stability, colour and higher/lower range. In this duo he will show whistle register and one of his lowest tones too. Enjoy 😸

Started singing in Mandarin, then Italian and finished off in Alien.🤣😂🥹😂🤣 Did you have captions? If not, all The Singer Performances are available with english captions on Gloria Wu's channel. I love the incredible art of this Dancer. She was totally amazing.🌹❤️‍🔥🌹 While fun and wonderful, this is the poorest Diva Dance rendition. Luckily, Confessa brings this over the top.😳😳 Of, course, this statement proves how spoiled I have become, saturated with the divinity of Dimash's vocals.🤣😂🥹😂🤣 The best Diva Dance is the Drunken Concubine duet with Li Yugang, then the Bastau one, short but closest to the original. There is another of the entire song but video quality is poor. Another great reaction. Thanks😎 🥰🥰🥰 Hugs from a Canadian Dear🇨🇦

Hello Heather, You just hit a 1,000 subscribers so are new to you tube or possible social media. You’ve got to have thicker skin, put up with crap or delete the subscribe which is simple to get rid of trolls. But, also look at this rabbit hole perfection you stepped into. Of course no personality is perfect. But most of dimashs performances are “10’s”. Not just the singing but the content. I personally don’t like the comparison of two artist same song. There’s always the crap statement that music is subjective and you can’t grade one performance against the other when all of American reality singing show is just that and has spread to the world. Dimash has been treated very poorly in America and its music scene. He’s only had one show here in a sold out concert show. A show, worlds best with judges from all over the world and American celebrity musical community judges treated Dimash poorly pitting him in the semifinals against two children when it was agreed by the association that they wouldn’t do that as he would not compete against children. He was winning. The prize was a million dollars. He backed out and told them the reason why, then they yelled at him, you knew what this was when you entered….there was the language barrier first where it would’ve been hard for dimashs to respond. One of the judges at different times had had 3 of his own shows who yelled the loudest… why? … sponsors, boocoos of money lost when Dimash the best didn’t perform. Dimash is clean. He has no producer. He spent 6 months in California and him and Igor met one well known producer who knows how many. American producers use up and eat up singers their song copyrights, their voices every talent they have going back to the Beatles Elton John, queen, George Michael, prince who inked “Save” on his face and changed his name since they stipple it to “The Artist Formerly Known as Prince” and wrote under that name as under his name he had to do so many more albums under the name “Prince”. Most recant, Taylor Swift found out out she didn’t own her music or her albums. That the producers did. She started on a binge of re-recording all her works and rereleasing her previous works which the DJ’s agreed t play. You were upset with negative meantion of other artist. You got into the sometimes dirty world of social media. I love your platform. I love you ratio of the size of yourself in the recorded video. You introduce the video without yelling as some into our sensitive headphones covered ears. Then you talk afterward asking us questions and asking for our favorite songs and such. What a wonderful thing in the approach with dears in 140 countries. I’m sure your reaction to other artist are just as good. But the mention of flaws in other artist is our crying for help for the American music scene and artist that is least a century old going back to Judy garland. You just can’t throw this off by listening to these cries. You must educate yourself when you can and give a response. Much of our wonderful music history was tainted by what was done to the artists and what they invested that we lost them early in life. So you came across Dimash, a person that does not partake at 29 years old having been in the performance arts 27 years. Loves his father, pop singer and producer, loves his mother opera singer, raised by and lives in the same house with his grandparents which is customar in his country. During covid I was indigent, in bed in the middle of five surgeries sick and weak. Dimash puts on the digital concert show and charges me (me) $10 and I got to see my favorite artist perform for about 2 hours at home in bed. Why do you have other artist commented about in your comments? Because though we shouldn’t compare we see what Dimash sings about then turn on our radio or our tv where of course are some great artist you speak of, but the message is still teen social issues, pretty voices, cute voices from young men singing about teen social issues. We have a complete adult world out here. Mature audiences. When I listened to my first song sos it was about suicide and depression. I del with a debilitating mental disorder. I understood the song. Someone uncomfortable in their own skin. But dimash has been singing this emotional song since 15 years old. You can’t tell me that there wasn’t some real issue that this seemingly perfect person didn’t have to overcome. He doesn’t have a wasted song out there. Educate yourself (bios, Wikipedia, google) about artist mentioned negatively in your comments. No name, Dimash charged me $10 for his show out there the producers and promoters are charging $1,000’s. I can’t got to concerts. It’s okay if you don’t agree with this lecture, but I think the American listener is crying over the subject mater in song and the auto tune in every genre of music. I listen to pasty cline that sang country but with her sultry twang almost yodel to her voice maybe back in the 50’s crossed over to pop. We have a Dimash with no producer who won’t compromise.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to write all of this out. It is lovely to hear that Dimash got you through exceedingly difficult times. It's not exactly fair to assume that I don't know what I am talking about or to whom I am referring. In fact, I was referring to an artist whom I respect and appreciate and know a good deal about. I would prefer not to name names here, but I will say that this artist is a genuinely good person. So, to have this person ridiculed on my channel is unacceptable. I was explaining that this sort of disrespect will be met with a comment removal and, in the worst case, a block. By the way, I actually was having an emotional response to the song and attempting to show my true emotions to the audience. So it's presumptuous to assume that I do not already have "thick skin," when in fact, I was explaining an unacceptable situation in a calm manner.

@phantasmagoricfate Yup! She's a spicy one... people shouldn't let vulnerability be seen as a weakness. You got tough skin. Lol Yea so I've seen the comments here, and there are some people who have been saying no other singer is good, and dimash is the only great singer, and they think it's laughable that other people even try to sing. And that's rude and not fair. Ridiculing other artists for trying, who also sing beautifully isn't okay. I did see this comment that she was referring too in her previous video, the comment was on a kpop video. It was very rude. I've been her first subscriber. She literally said she doesn't care if you talk bad about her lol, but never go after an artist.
