Fun fact: despite these clips, Norway has the lowest traffic death rates in the world outside of micro-states like Monaco and Hong Kong (1.9 per 100,000 citizens). It also has the lowest death rate per 1 billion vehicle kilometres despite us driving around in a blizzard half of the time.

Regarding the truck falling off the clip, the driver of the tow-truck basically was cursing constantly, clearly in shock (understandedly). Regarding the police-car, the officer driving, had their drivers liccense revoked.

The rescue truck driver made it out safely (you can see him jump out in the video) But the Lithuanian lorry driver was still inside when it tumbled over the railing. He survived though, with some injuries naturally.

Winterdriving in Norway can be really hard because you have to be on guard all the time and a little slip up can cause an accident

If you’re a driver in Norway, depending on where in the country you are driving you always have to be prepared for some kind of animal to jump into the road Where I live it’s moose and I saw one standing by the road just the other day

1:37 That's no pickup truck, it's essentially a full rescue vehicle, think a lorry or something like that adapted to pull other vehicles etc.

the police driver who crashed into the trailer lost his license, like he should, it was technically a legal overtake even if it seemed dangerous from the cameras pov
