Someone once said that Golden Goal was to sports what Top Gear was to cars.

This TV-show was amazing. A lot of fun. And no, it's not on anymore. Last episode was in 2015 after 9 years and 216 episodes.

Golden Goal was a great show, with lots of fun segments. They met with great stars in sports, for interviews, and even "reconstructing" famous situations from the field or arena. They both are still havely in on entertainment shows in Norway, on ceveral different shows, but no longer as a duo though. As Golden Goal hosts, they did stuff on most sports, and travelled around the world and tried out, and presented us to all kind of odd sports-events. I guess they even went to Scottland once, to look up some old traditional sports event. I havent found it on YT, but this episode of Car-Curling is a great example of what they where up to. We did this for a friends stag party. And yes, it hurts like shit :P Thing was that you could "cheat" by having the strap not tightened as hard. But that would have been less fun, so we strapped the bastards as hard as we could on our legs. Two small burn marks were etched in our feets for days after xD Great fun, but it's weird how your leg just gives up when the shock hits. Anatomy is fun.

Watch Fleksnes, it is reaaaaally old, but it is still good.

I am the kind that can happily watch sports when someone else wants to watch it. Formel1, football, skiing, cricket.. But I have never (I think xD) put on sports, or anything related, on TV when I’m by myself. Eeexcept for Golden Goal! That was funny as $$£*^^>€**!!
